Valencia Jett, looking quite smart in a black vest, was originally sipping a drink; suddenly being addressed nearly made her instinctively say ’hello uncle.’
The words were at the tip of her tongue, but she rembered that Nathalie hadn’t turned on the speaker, and her abrupt greeting might startle Mr. Zachmann.
She silently swallowed back the ’hello uncle,’ focused on drinking her juice.

Stanley Zachmann heard the girl say in a voice just like usual that she was outside having fun with a friend.
He hesitated a mont, then gently asked, "Are you at the Serenity Clubhouse?"
Nathalie Quinlan, initially relaxed and unconcerned with the call, hearing this question from Stanley Zachmann, her gaze turned slightly cold, and she curtly replied, "Who told you I’m at Serenity Clubhouse?"
Between a niece and a daughter, Stanley Zachmann would almost unconditionally stand by Nathalie’s side without hesitation, saying, "It was Hendrik and his group, Caryn arranged a get-together through Master Cadmus’s laboratory’s initial review, and they said they saw you at the Serenity Clubhouse.
