Outside City Hospital Number One.
Celine Tucker had been waiting at the hospital entrance for a long ti.
She knew she couldn’t enter Nathalie Quinlan’s residential area, and she also knew her phone numbers were long blocked.
So she had no choice but to wait stubbornly at the hospital entrance.
She waited for an entire day and night, and finally, the person she was waiting for showed up.
Celine Tucker almost pulled open the car door and dashed out, fearing that if she delayed for even a mont, the person would enter.
"Nathalie Quinlan."
She didn’t care about her image at all, nor the curious glances from people coming and going in the hospital, she disregarded everything, spreading her arms and blocking the girl.
"We need to talk."
Nathalie Quinlan was still thinking about what Raymond Wilmar had said regarding the First Research Institute of Inderia. Suddenly realizing soone was blocking her path, and seeing it was Celine Tucker, she furrowed her brows with annoyance and walked around her.
She had promised Jaycent Kingsley to go to Inderia soon, leaving tomorrow, so she wanted to seize the ti to check on Mr. Zachmann’s condition today.
She didn’t want to waste ti with unrelated people.
She didn’t even want to waste her breath on her.
"Nathalie!" Celine ran in front of her again, spreading her hands wide, blocking the girl’s way once more.
This ti, afraid the girl would leave, she didn’t hold back, imdiately dropping a bombshell: "Caryn, Caryn isn’t a child of the Zachmann Family!"
It’s true that the bomb Celine suddenly dropped was quite unexpected.
Nathalie’s steps halted slightly, her dark eyes gazing at her, as if trying to understand the madness.
Celine, however, ignored everything, and after blocking her, she sped up her speech: "Caryn isn’t your second uncle’s child, she’s mine with another man, she’s not part of your Zachmann Family!"
"Do you think if I go to Mr. Zachmann and tell him this secret, would he be able to take it?"
"He’s just been through a shock, the doctors said he shouldn’t be stimulated anymore in the short term, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable."
"Nathalie, aren’t you filial?"
Nathalie was still lost in thoughts about the bombshell Celine dropped regarding Caryn not being a mber of the Zachmann family and wasn’t paying attention to anything else Celine said.
At this mont, hearing Celine threaten with Mr. Zachmann’s life, her entire aura suddenly turned icy cold, dropping to freezing point.
Celine of course saw the sudden coldness in the girl’s expression and was naturally scared as well.
But desperation triumphed over fear!
Her mouth curled down, her breathing beca heavy: "You should let Caryn go."
"I know you have a way to get people out."
"If you can get Caryn out, I won’t tell Mr. Zachmann this secret, otherwise I’ll go to Mr. Zachmann’s bedside right now and tell him he’s been raising soone else’s child for over twenty years with his son!"
"Ha." Nathalie’s lips curled upward, her smile was both wicked and nacing, a glance that could hold back the about-to-explode Celine.
"Then guess who’ll stop breathing first, Caryn or my grandfather?"
Celine’s eyes suddenly widened, her voice turning hoarse from anxiety and anger: "You wouldn’t dare!"
"You can try and see if I dare."
The cold chill in the girl’s eyes seed serious, not just talk.
"I’ll make it clear here, if you dare target Mr. Zachmann, don’t say Caryn’s in the detention center. Even if she’s buried underground, I’ll dig her up and whip her corpse to show you."
This wasn’t a tone for negotiating.
Nathalie indeed had no intention of negotiating with her, leaving a statent full of deterrence, she didn’t look at Celine again and walked straight into the hospital without looking back...
