Amadeus Yancey’s hands of alabaster lay on the steering wheel, fingers long and proportionate, exceptionally beautiful. He squinted his eyes slightly upon hearing, yet said nothing.
But he knew very well who had just co to pick up Nathalie Quinlan.
The head of the third laboratory of the First Research Institute of Inderia, hailed as the top Ph.D. in the Departnt of Physics and Engineering, a physics prodigy with an IQ surpassing 200, the youngest leading figure in the physics departnt, Violetta Hoffman.
The First Research Institute is divided into eight laboratories, each with different heads. The higher the number, the higher the rank, and the greater the status within the First Research Institute...
Violetta Hoffman, in her early thirties, has already secured the position of head of the third laboratory of the institute, showcasing her exceptional capabilities.
It was unexpected that Nathalie Quinlan would know soone like that, a surprise to Amadeus from the beginning.
Amadeus Yancey looked at the girl’s departing back, his eyes seemingly reflecting snow, strong and focused.
Just at this ti, Sadam Vinson was speaking to Alfred Garland, "Do you think Nathalie can pass the First Research Institute’s examination this ti?"
He added anxiously, "I wasn’t worried that Nathalie would fail, but then you all ca and told how tough the exam is, making uneasy and waver a little..."
Alfred Garland pressed his lips together without saying anything.
After all, this was about the First Research Institute, and he wasn’t sure if Nathalie Quinlan could pass the exam.
Brian Bonette, however, chid in, his tone as warm as a spring breeze: "It depends on fate; if she can pass, she will, if not, so be it. At least Ms. Quinlan is giving it a try at her age, which is a good thing. Don’t you think so, Amadeus?"
At this mont, Amadeus Yancey withdrew his gaze, his deep eyes distant, a hint of arrogance between his brows. Calmly, he pulled out the car keys, played with them in his hand, and said lightly, "She can pass."
She can pass.
These three simple words carried a complete belief in Nathalie Quinlan’s abilities!
Brian Bonette, Sadam Vinson, and Alfred Garland looked at him in unison, all wanting to ask how he could be so sure that Nathalie could pass.
But as the words reached their mouths, none of them asked.
In such circumstances, asking such a question seed a bit like underestimating Nathalie Quinlan. But after all, it’s the First Research Institute of Inderia, not so easily passed...

anwhile, Nathalie Quinlan went inside the research institute to register with Violetta Hoffman.
Being soone from the First Research Institute, Violetta Hoffman was very familiar with it. With her leading the way, Nathalie almost didn’t need to find her own way, smoothly going everywhere.
They encountered quite a few staff of the First Research Institute along the way.
When the staff saw Violetta Hoffman, they all showed surprised expressions on their faces, then greeted her politely.
"Mr. Hoffman."
"Mr. Hoffman."
"Mr. Hoffman."
As they walked along, they t at least seven or eight people. Every one of them stopped, stood by to greet Violetta Hoffman, and observed Nathalie Quinlan, who was beside her, with curious eyes.
Violetta Hoffman nodded in response to each greeting but didn’t specifically linger, instead leading Nathalie into an archive room.
The First Research Institute holds a transcendent position, spanning quite a large area.
Even though they were then in only a little corner of the office sector of the First Research Institute, the space was still quite broad.
Today was the registration day for the new examinations, and many people had already arrived at the lounge outside the archive room.
Many of them, like Nathalie Quinlan, seed to be here for the examination.
As Violetta Hoffman led Nathalie over, many people turned to look at them.
