After hanging up the phone, Zayn Fisher took a long while to co to his senses.
Freddy Cagwin’s words still echoed in his ears.
He had said that Ghania Quinlan couldn’t bear to see Nathalie Quinlan doing well, and with sothing as great as being recomnded for Tsinghua University, Ghania would never tell him about it.
He also said that Ghania was not as pure and kind, innocent, and naive as he imagined.
At that ti, he firmly believed that Freddy Cagwin spoke out of jealousy and deliberately maligned Ghania because of his close relationship with Nathalie.
Now... Zayn’s eyes were filled with confusion as he held his phone, staring at the hung-up number, several tis tempted to call back and ask her again.
But then he felt that if he called again, rely inquiring would seem like an accusation.

Zayn ended the call and exhaled deeply, his handso face taking on a determined expression.
