Now reading: Chapter 68: Class A is turning into a garbage dump—1 from The Unveiling of Secret Queen, a Romance novel by Brother Ling.

Nancy Sullivan left the principal’s office with a heavy heart, the whole way back she was racking her brains about what to do when the school’s exams started.

Class B’s performance had always been neck and neck with Class A.

And now there was Ghania Quinlan, who had secured a place at a prestigious school.

If Class A were to be crushed again by Class B at the start of the year’s exams, they would beco the biggest joke.

Full of thoughts, she pushed open the door to the staff room, before she could enter, she heard Gabriella Cagwin’s voice inside, taking pleasure in misfortune while talking to soone.

"I heard that Freddy Cagwin from Class A who took a break from school is back."

"With Nathalie Quinlan joining, and Freddy Cagwin returning, I think Class A is quickly becoming a dumping ground for the rejects."

It seed to be the horoom teacher of Class F chatting with her, "Ms. Cagwin, shouldn’t we congratulate you in advance for the coback? Haha."

Gabriella Cagwin was unimpressed, "What’s there to congratulate about beating a rubbish class? It’s just normal performance."

At that mont.

The door slamd open.

It was the ti for morning study, several horoom teachers had left to supervise their classes, only a few hadn’t gone and stayed to drink tea in the office.

She entered with a stern face, causing the teachers sipping tea to promptly return to their own seats.

Gabriella Cagwin too put down her teacup, feeling bored and ready to pick up her lesson plan and head to the class.

Unexpectedly, Nancy Sullivan directly blocked her at her seat and slapped a pile of lesson plans on her desk, speaking forcefully.

"Apologize!"

Gabriella Cagwin, baffled, looked up, "What’s gotten into you? Why should I apologize to you?"

"I heard everything from outside."

Nancy Sullivan glared at her, her facial features were better than Gabriella Cagwin’s, but she didn’t dress up like Gabriella did, always ticulous in her clothing and hair, which allowed Gabriella to steal the spotlight as the most beautiful teacher. Now angry, her strong and authoritative aura beca more evident.

A flicker of jealousy crossed Gabriella’s eyes, she lifted her chin dismissively, "So what if you heard? Which word did I say wrong? Nathalie Quinlan in your class had average grades in her previous school, and at No. 1 Middle School, she scored full marks on the diagnostic test to be put in your class, do you dare say you haven’t doubted her? And Freddy Cagwin, who started a leave of absence from the second term of sophomore year, didn’t even finish the course, and now he’s following along into senior year, isn’t that just dead weight?"

Nancy Sullivan stared at her, retorting without holding back, "That’s our class’s business, what’s it to you? What right do you have to bad-mouth my students and my class behind our backs?"

"I’m just puzzled, Ms. Cagwin. You keep saying Class A is a rubbish class. What about Class B who loses to Class A in the exams every year?"

The horoom teachers of the two outstanding classes were arguing, and the other horoom teachers dared not interject.

Jokingly, such a fight between gods had nothing to do with their average EDFS classes.

Gabriella Cagwin was left speechless, after stewing for a while, she abruptly stood up and said, "Since you put it like that, let’s make a bet. The school exams are right around the corner, if our class surpasses yours this ti, you’ll have to hand over the title of outstanding class to us."

"Agreed."

Nancy Sullivan consented readily.

She also did not like Ghania Quinlan who had been parachuted into their class or Freddy Cagwin who had temporarily returned to school, but since they were students in her class, she would not allow outsiders to call them trash.

"And if you lose?"

, lose?" Gabriella Cagwin scoffed, "Mr. Sullivan, our class ranks close to yours every year, and now your class has two more dragging their feet, you expect to lose? Sorry, I don’t even know how I could."

Nancy Sullivan, never one for slick talk, decided for Gabriella since she wouldn’t say it herself, "If you lose, you’re going to publicly apologize to Ghania Quinlan and Freddy Cagwin in our class! And apologize to too!"
