Phoebe Hoffman knew that the exchange eting was taking place in the tiered conference room. It seed Nathalie Quinlan had botched her presentation, and Wallace Radcliff still needed her to wrap things up.
Her eyes flashed with a glint of scorn as her lips curled into a smirk. She was just about to say that it wasn’t convenient for her when she heard a series of beeps indicating the end of a call from her phone.
Phoebe pulled her phone away to find that the other person had already hung up!
"...Huh?" She held her breath, grasping the phone, laughing out of annoyance.
After a brief spell of anger, Phoebe gradually cald down. With her previously haughty nature, she would definitely have stood him up after being ’asked’ so disrespectfully for help by Wallace Radcliff. But this ti, she couldn’t shake a particular, indistinct feeling of unease tugging at her heart. Despite being upset, Phoebe stood still for a mont and checked her phone again.
No one in Group 2 had replied to her ssage yet.
It was as if nobody had seen their phones.
Biting her lip, she hesitated for a mont, then picked up her things and headed out toward the location Wallace Radcliff ntioned...

Inside the tiered conference room, Brian Bonette had just returned from seeing off his guests and had already learned of Phoebe’s disruptiveness from Alfred Garland.
His handso and refined face was clouded with gravity as he walked over to Amadeus Yancey and asked in a low voice, "How do you plan to deal with this situation with Phoebe?"
"Deal with it as it should be dealt with,"

This response was as good as no response.
Brian Bonette was at a loss for words and shared the sa sentint as Wallace Radcliff. They were both wary of the Hoffman Family, as there was a scarcity of computer talent in the country.

A whole bunch from the technology departnt were present as well.
Wallace Radcliff and Mario Cagwin watched her with complex expressions.

The scene was completely different from what she had imagined!
Phoebe’s line of sight unconsciously swept the room, but she couldn’t spot Nathalie Quinlan anywhere.

Phoebe couldn’t put her finger on what was wrong, but she felt that sothing was off. She placed her laptop down sowhere convenient and took the initiative to ask, "Mr. Radcliff called over just now; is the bug in the USB flash drive still unresolved?"
