That Audrick would throw a punch didn’t surprise him in the least.
If it hadn’t been for the nurous staff on site that day, quickly pulling the two apart, he reckoned Wayne Baker’s injuries wouldn’t have been limited to just a broken nose—expect at least ten to fifteen days in bed.
He clearly understood in his heart that Lighten Chaser being Audrick’s sister was a secret, he knew, but outsiders didn’t!
From an outsider’s perspective, the nature of this incident was extrely vile.
Firstly, in terms of status, Audrick was leagues above Wayne Baker, who was barely on the eighteen line, which already made it easy for people to accuse him of bullying the weak. Furthermore, Audrick was the first one to throw a punch.
There was no way they could justify their actions.
After weighing the pros and cons in his heart, the agent lifted his head and swiftly continued, "How about this, Audrick has an invitation to a variety show, and there’s a spot open for a guest in one episode. I think Wayne Baker would be a good fit. What do you think, Ms. Catterton?"
Given Audrick’s current status, if he wanted to bring a rookie onto a variety show, no production team would refuse.
This was a way to calm things down using a resource exchange.
The deal was very cost-effective.
Audrick’s popularity had always been high, and he seldom participated in variety shows. Each ti he did, fans were particularly supportive, making his appearances extrely topical, sothing many artists would try to find ways to join in on.
Before the punching incident, Wayne Baker was so obscure he was practically non-existent, and artists on the eighteen line like him never had the chance to be on a show.
However, Angela Catterton did not accept his offered resource exchange; she crossed her arms with full authority, her deanor utterly unyielding, "So your idea is to have us shut up after taking this show invitation as if the incident never happened?"

"Let tell you, we don’t need to be on this show, nor do we need an insincere apology. If Audrick truly wants to apologize, then let him do it himself to Wayne Baker. Wayne Baker posted on Twitter, didn’t he? I rember Audrick also has a Twitter account."

The agent almost laughed out of exasperation, his face a mixture of green and white.
Angela Catterton, however, was rciless, her eyes slightly narrowed, she smiled briefly, a look of absolute confidence about her, she spoke softly, "We will only accept this form of apology!"
"After all, Wayne Baker’s checkup results have not yet been released. We reserve the right to report to the police within three days. You can see fit to act, or perhaps you should go back and discuss it with Audrick, see what he thinks."
The expression on the agent’s face was quite unpleasant as he watched her, a heavy voice speaking, "Ms. Catterton, we are all from the sa circle, do you really need to take things to the extre?"
Angela Catterton had clearly set her heart on using Wayne Baker, an artist on the eighteen line, to climb over Audrick.
"I already said that our family’s artist was not entirely in the right for throwing a punch," he said aningfully. "But Wayne Baker was not innocent in getting punched this ti. He knows what he did, and there were fans at the scene who saw it with their own eyes."
Angela Catterton had learned the details of the incident from Wayne Baker’s assistant before coming, including reviewing personally the Tweets that Wayne Baker had subsequently posted. She wouldn’t have let them be sent otherwise.
Of course, she had seen the trending comnts below.
But she did not take this matter to heart.
