Nathalie Quinlan’s family recognition banquet was sothing he planned to host on a grand scale, hoping that all of Beijing would know he had found his granddaughter.
He had contemplated this for nearly a year. Even when Nathalie’s "grades weren’t good," he hadn’t altered his intention to have a grand celebration, and now he was even less likely to change his mind.

He pursed his lips, and in a brief mont, he had made up his mind. Looking up, he didn’t leave much face for his son and said succinctly, "No need, Nathalie won’t be living at the old mansion after she returns. I plan to buy her a new apartnt outside, so she won’t live with you all."
