The signal in the show venue was blocked.
Candice Yancey had a pressing phone call to make and temporarily left the venue to go outside.
Nathalie Quinlan, holding her wristband, found the seat indicated on Candice Yancey’s invitation letter in the first row, slowly took out her phone, opened a little ga on it, and started playing while sitting slantedly, waiting for soone while engrossed in the ga.
There was no signal in the venue, so she could only play a standalone ga.
The girl’s pale fingers tapped on the phone, manipulating the little character to jump grid by grid on the phone, clearly showing the ga was quite boring. Her delicate brows and eyes were lowered, almost as if the word "boring" was written on her face.
At this mont, not far away.
A few younger-looking girls in the back row nudged each other, and eventually, a young woman with a sweet appearance was pushed forward, walking towards Nathalie Quinlan’s direction.

Sherly Iversen approached and stopped right in front of the girl playing with her phone in the first row, steadied her spirits, lifted her smile slightly, and started speaking in a soft, gentle voice.
It seed that the other party heard her, as she lifted her head, revealing an excessively striking face within Sherly’s view, causing Sherly to be montarily dazed and almost unable to react.
Still, it was Nathalie Quinlan who saw a strange woman standing in front of her, put away her phone, and spoke indifferently: "Yes?"
Sherly Iversen snapped back to reality and glanced again at the girl sitting there, dressed plainly and even sowhat simple, her earlier confidence now sowhat subdued by the other’s aura.
She moved her lips, her eyes complex as she looked at the girl’s overly beautiful face, typical of the entertainnt circle. Her eyes flickered as she politely spoke to Nathalie Quinlan: "Sorry to disturb you, I wanted to ask where you bought the necklace on your neck."
Her necklace?
Nathalie Quinlan squinted her eyes lazily, glanced down, and saw a silver necklace hanging around her neck. It was colder recently, and she wore heavier clothes, the necklace hidden under her collar obstructed by the cotton jacket, not very noticeable. Now that the weather had ward up, switching the heavy winter jacket for common spring and sumr outfits like T-shirts and long sleeves, the necklace she usually tucked inside naturally appeared outwardly.
The style of the necklace looked very simple, a silver chain with a pendant attached, embedded with a kind of raw stone.
On the inside of the silver thin chain, there was an extrely concealed signature, "S."
This necklace was one of her early limited edition designs, distinctly styled from a few years ago and very much personalized.
However, this necklace was not bought by her.
It was a birthday gift from Amadeus Yancey.
Reportedly bought with Edric while she was still in McKinney, and given to her that evening, she had worn it on her body and scarcely taken it off since.
Had it not been for Sherly Iversen’s sudden appearance asking about the necklace, Nathalie Quinlan had almost forgotten about the necklace she was wearing.
"You an this?" Nathalie Quinlan took off the necklace from her neck, her posture quite casual, looking up to confirm with her.
The girl’s eyes were beautifully shaped, bold yet restrained in attractiveness, the inner corners hooked downward, outer corners lifted upward, the overall shape elongated, pupils exceptionally dark, looking at soone almost as if drawing them in, with a sort of magical allure.
Sherly Iversen stared blankly for a second, ca back to her senses, nodded, her expression growing more unnatural: "Yes, that one. May I ask where you bought this necklace?"
