Prince Xin returned to the Prince Xin Mansion with a weary look, only to see his old wife coming up to greet him.
"How is it? Does the Emperor want to punish ?" the Princess murmured fearfully.
Prince Xin cast a sidelong glance at her, saying, "Now you’re afraid, but what were you doing back then? You speak recklessly without considering the consequences."
The Princess wore a mournful expression, saying, "I didn’t think so much at the ti. Seeing Che’er lying on the ground without a trace of movent, his little face pale, I thought our mansion was dood with no hope left, and death seed like an easy way out."
