The Villain Mom Awakens — Going Viral by Parenting on a Reality Show Chapter 232: Aidan Dawson
Naomi Kenway’s mind raced, but her mory of the logo was frustratingly vague.
’Did I rember it wrong?’
But she had a nagging feeling she had seen it sowhere before.
"What’s wrong? You look confused," Ethan Shaw asked.
Naomi Kenway shook her head, tilting the screen in her hand slightly. "I just feel like this logo is incredibly familiar."
Ethan Shaw glanced over. "The ST Research Institute is very famous. You’ve probably seen it sowhere."
"No, this logo isn’t the ST Research Institute’s official symbol. I just looked through all the research materials they’ve published, and it only appears on specific lab reports. It’s like... a personal mark of so kind," Naomi Kenway said with a frown.
"Don’t worry about it," Ethan Shaw said. "If you can’t rember, it must not be important. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself."
Naomi Kenway nodded and turned off her phone, but as she lay down, her thoughts were still a whirlwind.

Naomi Kenway returned to the set of *Youth* to resu filming. The recent incident had caused significant delays, so she didn’t dare waste any more ti. After changing into her costu, she hurried to the shooting location with her assistant.
Ruby Preston was adjusting so equipnt. When she saw Naomi, she put down what she was doing and walked over, a bright smile on her face. "I’ve been following what happened recently. I’m so glad you’re okay; I was worried sick at ho." She then spat, "Felix Jacobs is a scumbag, the lowest of the low. How dare he commit dostic violence! Next ti I see him, I’ll..."
She paused and shook her head. "No, I can’t. We live in a civilized society..."
"Aunt Kenway."
Naomi Kenway turned at the sound of the voice and saw Simon Sawyer walking slowly toward her, clutching a book.
Naomi was a little surprised and instinctively glanced at Ruby Preston.
Ruby Preston smiled and beckoned for Simon Sawyer to co to her side, then explained to Naomi, "His dad is busy with work, and his grandparents went on a trip abroad together. I was worried he’d be lonely, so I let him co visit. He’s usually very quiet and won’t disturb our filming. Speaking of which..."
Her gaze shifted to Simon Sawyer, her expression softening. "I originally thought he’d resist coming, but he seems to be adjusting quite well. He doesn’t hate being on set as much as I expected."
Naomi Kenway smiled. She knew that for a child like Simon Sawyer, who wasn’t good at expressing himself, the very act of choosing to co ant he liked it, not that he disliked it.
"Why would he dislike it? Sean seems to like it a lot. Maybe it’s because his mom is here with him."
Simon Sawyer froze, his face flushing red. He clutched his book and turned to leave.
"Sean!" Ruby Preston called out, puzzled. "That boy..."
"He must be shy," Naomi Kenway said. "Hazel Preston, you should bring Sean over more often... Practical experience is just as important as knowledge from books, and you can learn a lot on a film set."
Ruby Preston nodded. "Nicole, you have a point. That’s what I was thinking, too. Since he doesn’t mind the set, I’ll bring him out more often."
Naomi Kenway nodded with a smile.
The next scene was between Naomi Kenway and Wayne Wyatt, and the two exchanged so simple pleasantries before filming.
Naomi hadn’t seen Wayne Wyatt in a while and felt like he had grown even taller. He still had the sa sunny smile on his face.
He was very enthusiastic, asking about how Naomi had been. Then, he hung his head like a big, sad puppy and started complaining to her about his mother, Kiera Sherman, and the series of inhumane things she’d done, like throwing him into a specialized acting academy for so "devil’s training."
Wayne Wyatt sighed, his expression showing a weariness that was completely at odds with his usual deanor. "She’s going to work to death..."
Just as Naomi was about to comfort him, he broke into a brilliant smile again. "But the mont I saw my goddess, I feel like I’m glowing again."
The caraman called out from the side; it was ti to start shooting the scene.
After they finished filming, Wayne Wyatt was summoned away by a barrage of urgent calls from Kiera Sherman. He said a reluctant goodbye to Naomi.
While resting in a pavilion, Naomi Kenway saw Clentine Coleman in the distance. She was back to her usual energetic self, and it seed the allergy from a while ago hadn’t affected her too much. Suddenly, soone walked up to her and tapped her on the shoulder.
A closer look revealed it was Renee Jennings, and the two imdiately started chatting.
This wasn’t the first ti Naomi had seen the two of them talking together. They seed quite close. Naomi couldn’t figure out the connection between them, but it made her feel a little more wary of Clentine Coleman.
They wrapped up early today. After removing her makeup, Naomi Kenway gathered her things. She and her assistant were just heading to the parking garage when they ran into soone.
The woman wore a form-fitting qipao, her smooth black hair falling straight down. She had a gentle and serene aura. She was also taken aback when she saw Naomi, but then her lips curved into a smile.
"Victor Vance?" Naomi Kenway blurted out.
Victor Vance seed pleasantly surprised and smiled. "I didn’t think you’d still rember ."
"Of course. Why haven’t I seen you at the bakery the last couple of days?"
"Hmm..." Victor Vance thought for a mont, a hint of sadness touching her brow. "Perhaps... there’s no need for it anymore."
"Junior Sister! Junior Sister!" A tall man hurried over. He wore glasses on his calm face and was slightly out of breath. Seeing Naomi Kenway at her side, he asked, "Ms. Kenway, you know my junior sister?"
Naomi recognized him as the film’s assistant director, Aidan Dawson. He was helping out on set because he was the "junior brother" of soone on the production side. He was well-known in the industry and had directed several critically acclaid art-house films. In his thirties and still unmarried, he was most famous for a rebellious streak that matched his talent; born into a wealthy family, he refused to be tied down and had voluntarily given up a fortune worth tens of billions to devote himself to filmmaking.
"Director Dawson," Naomi Kenway said. "We were apprentices together at the bakery."
"Oh, I see." Aidan Dawson glanced around, looking a bit awkward.
Naomi Kenway cleared her throat. "Well, I’ll be heading ho then."
"Wait," Victor Vance said. "I need to talk to you about sothing. Could we have dinner together? I’m not sure if you have ti."
Naomi read the plea in her eyes and had no choice but to nod.
Aidan Dawson seed a little disappointed. "Junior Sister, didn’t we agree I’d take you ho?"
Victor Vance smiled and shook her head. "I won’t trouble you, Senior Brother. To be honest, I ca here specifically to see Ms. Kenway. We’re planning to go to a restaurant for dinner, so..."
A hint of sadness clouded Aidan Dawson’s eyes. "Alright, I’ll get going then. Be careful on your way, Junior Sister. And rember to text when you get ho."
With that, he turned and left.
"Director Dawson seems to care a lot about you."
"He does," Victor Vance said with a wry smile. "But sotis, it’s a bit much."
