After Nathaniel Lynch left, Yara Preston’s smile vanished. She asked, "Did you two have a conflict? I heard voices just now."

"I guess so. It’s all his fault for being a scumbag."

Yara Preston smiled knowingly. "That’s just the kind of person Nathaniel Lynch is. He’s so high-maintenance. He looks all prim and proper, but he’s actually a player." She offered a bit of advice. "You should try to stay away from him. His favorite type is pretty girls like you. I’ve fild with him before, and aside from running lines, I barely spoke to him. We were just cordial enough for appearances. You know how it is. He’s usually fine, but sotis he just... flips out. And his gaze is so lecherous and sly, it makes your skin crawl."

Yara Preston shivered as she said this.

"Okay, thank you, Iris."

"It’s nothing." Yara Preston gave her a warm, brilliant smile. "I most admire dedicated actors like you. It’s easy for won to be taken advantage of in the entertainnt industry, so rember to protect yourself."

"Hazel, the director says it’s ti to gather for the recording," Yara Preston’s assistant said, running over.

Yara Preston nodded. "Let’s go. We’ll head over together."

His voice was full of pride and joy, like a fanboy who had successfully t his idol.

River King chuckled, amused. "I can see that Wyatt is a hardcore fan of our Ms. Kenway."
