There was nothing but pained groans and the subtle shift of Kizmal's balance. The giant was not moving, it was at a standstill.
This was it, their chance. The look on their faces changed, they beca... Spirited.
"Haaa!"
Edward raised his shields with frightening power, and jumped yo, catching a lightning bolt just in ti. Without wasting a mont, he fired it with the shield of reflection.
At the sa mont, Olivia also acted, she called all of her spirits and focused almost all of her power into one spot.
Her serpent turned into a large lance, wielded by Abalak as the spirit of the wind enhanced the power of the strike, magic circles, a dozen of them appeared above her and at the targeted area of the giants body.
Abalak charged forth, and both Edward and Olivia accomplished their tasks at the sa ti.
Two hearts had been destroyed, the giant roared in pain but it struggled to move. Either due to Kazikato's strike or due to the destruction of its hearts..
It didn't matter right now, all that mattered was that they had more hearts to destroy.
Sabrina acted fast as well, using period of weakness she knew would end in a short mont, she formulated two spells. The sa spell she had used previously, enchanted with all sorts of runes to improve their power.
"Strike true."
She took a deep breath and whispered in the language of true nas, imbuing almost perfect accuracy to her spells and fired.
The two lances of darkness fought brutally against the lightning and managed to hit their target, eliminating their target.
One was aid right behind the earlobe of the unscathed ear, the other aid at the left pec of Kizmal's chest. The location of two hearts.

And just like that, Seven hearts were gone, destroyed. Two by Sabrina, One by Alexander, One by Edward and Olivia, and two by Kazikato.
"Shit..."
But Sabrina knew ti was up, there was no longer any dragon to occupy Kizmal, and the period of weakness inflicted by Kazikato had ended.
As much as she had wanted to destroy more hearts, she knew the end was near. The giant was furious, and the target of its fury was apparent.
Edward and Olivia tried to destroy another heart, but their deaths were quick. Edward was caught by Kizmal and crushed between his hands. Olivia was eliminated by a bolt of red lightning, not a trace of her body left.
Whilst Sabrina was simply eviscerated by the sheer force of collision. Kizmal had flung his arm like a whip at her, and her frail body offered no resistance.

[Alan Peccator, First POV.]
My eyes opened wide in shock as the sensation of being ripped apart ran vivid in my mind. My body rembered it like a nightmare, it writhed and contorted, the sharp pain etched into my very flesh.
But it was all an illusion, the aftermath. I was in a strange space, there was darkness all around , but it was not complete. I could see faint traces of light... And hear the flowing of water.
Was I underwater? I thought, as a pair of arms wrapped around , arms as white and flawless as porcelain, but really big... As big as my own, perhaps even bigger but possessing a feminine appeal to them.
I then heard a smooth, soothing voice, whispering right into my ear.
"I created it when I was filled with hate, yet it beca a lesson for ."
I recognized the voice, albeit it was entirely different... I recognized it. It was Ariel.
"The cause for creation of Death was hate, yet it beca sothing far much more."
I could only hear, not respond, each word was filled with a strange power, one that made sure I was paying attention to it, morizing every word.
"It is as important as life, and it is as fragile as life. It is an instinct, an inevitability."
I heard a small chuckle, as I could feel the arms wrap around tightly.
"How did it feel?"
The voice asked a question.
