Alchemy was not as simple as others may have assud it to be. It was not simply mixing and refining many liquids in order to produce potions and elixirs, it was sothing else entirely.
It was a type of sorcery, but one that was closer to the sorcery of true nas. Few could do it, even few could excel at it.
One had to be born with a special mind, body and soul in order to practice alchemy. While the exact requirents were still unknown, magical and aura prowess were required.
Alchemy was sothing that was not restricted to magic, in fact, it's origins ca from the God beasts, it was a type of sorcery using aura, mages had simply imitated it using mana.
It displayed exceptional prowess when aura was used as the main power source behind it.
It was sothing with applications in almost every elent, but had a far greater effect in the elents of [Life], and the four basic elents of magic, [Fire][Water][Earth][Air].
It had its own sets of laws and rules, and these were far stricter than those of other sorcery.
The main, and most important law that alchemists worshipped like a divine deity was, the law of equivalent exchange.
A poison for a poison, A dicine for a dicine, and a soul for a soul. Everything had a certain value to it, and to create it you must sacrifice sothinf of equal value.
But it wasn't as if any alchemist could make such exchanges, even one well versed in the field would be unable to perform such a feat if they did not possess what was called an Alchemist's Will.
The reason why only a special few could practice Alchemy, it was unknown as to what exactly it was, but only people who possessed the trait known as Alchemist's will were able to perform alchemy, and even fewer were able to excel in it.
It was like the sorcery of nas, only those born with the ability to comprehend and have the ntal capacity to handle dragon tongue were able to use it. However, one major difference was that one could not improve.
With ti, and diligent effort, your capability to handle the sorcery of true nas would improve, but your powers as an alchemist would not.
Alchemist will was fixed at birth. You could not train it. You could not advance in it.
If your alchemist will was capable of only small transmutations, that was what you would have to deal with for the rest of your life.
It was why it was so exceedingly rare to find an advanced alchemist. One whose will was great enough to form the greatest elixirs, like the Elven Tear, The Panacota of Cures, and even the legendary World Tree's Essence. Only a single being had been able to create those.
Most however, we're born with a ager will. Alice had been lucky in this regard.
While her will wasn't as strong to produce those elixirs, it was definitely above average. Therefore there was quite a lot she could do with Alchemy.
One of its main advantages was the mana cost, An alchemist could transform the surrounding energy to whatever they wanted to instead of creating it like others. They could even transform aura into mana and vice versa, though that technique was apparently lost according to her teacher.
Alice fiddler around with her fingers as she took a gander at who the voice belonged too. It wasn't that difficult.
She knew the voices of everyone here, while a few of them could alter their voices with magic, there was no need too.
The only one who would do it would be a dragon as stoic as a statue, one that had not moved a single inch since the first ti they had all been here.
She sotis wondered if he was a literal block of ice, he was an ice dragon, so it was practically the sa thing.
'He always gives out tips, even if he doesn't appear like the type to do that. He will wait until your at the edge of giving up, or of his patience is running out.

She recalled Sabrina's words. Azmakul was apparently 'Kind, but not nice'. During her ti training under the dragon, she learnt he was more than willing to impart his wisdom. Eagerly so.
'Many types of potions huh...'
She already knew what he ant by that, A potion of lightning resistance was the first thought that occurred in her mind.
Only problem was, she wasn't really confident that she would succeed in making a resistance potion strong enough to block lightning that even Alan tried to avoid.
She had also no idea what she was dealing with as well, their testimonies weren't really helping because they were almost non-existent. All she knew was there was a Titan they were fighting in there.
Bringing it up would cause nothing but discomfort, so she avoided it.
'I could just make the strongest one I can and see if it helps them.'
She thought, but she couldn't shake off the feeling that there was sothing more to it.
There were many types of potions she could think of, even those she hasn't practiced making. But what?
To be accurate as possible, she had to go inside and see what exactly they were dealing with. She didn't want to scare them by asking.
But would they let her? Probably, if she was insistent. She was also imnsely curious as well. She was growing frustrated at having nothing to do as well.
"It is worth a try but..."
She looked around, and spotted Emma and Maxwell. If she could convince them as well maybe Alan would be less harsh with his words.
He was on edge lately...
But would they be willing to agree? Emma would be easy to convince, since she would jump at any opportunity to help her brother and the team... But Maxwell?
