He walked back into the command tent after calming down a little. He ignored the Count completely as he handed Celeste’s list to Vekar.
"Can you arrange these materials for ?" Adrian asked.
The general nodded and sent soone to get them.
A few hours later, a soldier handed over a bag of rare materials and Adrian gave the herbs to Celeste.
He thought the potion would be ready in a few minutes, but it actually took the entire night.
The next morning, Celeste walked in carrying a massive glass vial. It held almost two hundred milliliters of liquid.
"Before drinking it, you need to eat a lot of at." Celeste instructed. "Fats and bread."
She pulled a small box from her pocket, which was filled with whitish pills.
"You also need to swallow these." Celeste said. "This will help with the recovery of your bones. They will not taste good, but you have to swallow them."
"Fine. I will." Adrian took the box.
Once she left, he used dungeon link and sent the potion and the pills into his storage to duplicate them.
He pulled out multiple cooked steaks. He did not really need to cook them himself since he could just heat them up inside the dungeon. But there was one issue.
Dungeon heating did not give the at a char, so he ended up cooking it anyway.
He heated an iron skillet to an incredibly high temperature. He seared the at, giving it a nice crust and repeated it two more tis, cooking a total of three steaks.
He sat down and started eating.
The massive steaks filled him up really quick. The mont he felt full, he grabbed a handful of the white pills. and swallowed twenty of them one by one.
Then he drank the whole vial of potion and focused his mana sense inward.
He watched the potion dissolve all the at and the pills. The magical liquid rushed through his bloodstream, heading straight to his shoulder. He literally sensed it creating more flesh and bone.
His stomach emptied rapidly and there was more space now.
Even though he did not feel hungry, he continued eating. He kept eating and eating until the effect of the potion stopped. Then he drank more potion and continued eating.
He ate for four hours straight, swallowed multiple pills and consud massive amounts of beef.
He got so much flavor fatigue that he could not put a single piece of at into his mouth without feeling disgusted, so he stopped.
Adrian laid down in his bed and slept, only to wake up two hours later. He pulled potatoes and flour from the dungeon and made fries and chicken nuggets. He whipped up a spicy honey dipping sauce because too much salt gave him flavor fatigue.
He started eating again, drinking the potion and swallowing the pills. The cycle continued.
Even with all of his tricks, the maximum he could eat was five heavy als, so he stopped. He could not sleep anymore. So he went out for a walk and then continued the cycle.
He did this for two whole days and the wound finally healed completely. There was no more pain in his shoulder. It was still hard to move his arm, but the flesh was fully covered.
He went into his dungeon and soaked in the green bath for a while, which was enough to heal him completely.
He walked out of his tent and marched straight back to the command tent.
"I plan on challenging the Count to a Knight’s Duel." Adrian told Vekar. "I want to settle this once and for all. I have already done my duty and I am being kept here for way too long."
There was no urgent requirent for him to stay. He had already taken care of the food supply and stopped the enemy from destroying the dam. There were no indirect threats left.
Vekar sighed, but agreed to be a witness of their duel.
The two of them walked to the Count’s massive luxury tent.
Adrian took a leather glove from his pocket. He threw it right at the Count’s face as the man walked out.
"I challenge you to a duel." Adrian stated loudly.
The Count wiped his face. "Huh? You? You cannot even wield a weapon. Do you really dare to challenge ?"
"Shut the fuck up and co out, bitch." Adrian sneered.
"You are literally just a pig." Adrian said with a smirk on his face. "You have so much shit inside you that you’ll put even the pigs that roll around in shit, to sha."
The Count’s face had turned bright red from rage as he glared at Adrian.
"What are you looking at, you fat fuck? You’re nothing but a talentless E rank bitch who can’t even run properly. Your soldiers end up losing their lives just to cover for your fat ass. You said that you had more power because your title was higher right?" Adrian sneered as he took a step forward.
"Barons are directly under the king and we don’t have a single reason to listen to the orders or a count, viscount or any other nobles. Your rank might be higher but you have zero power over . Did you even go to school or were you busy stuffing your face instead? Anyways, are you going to accept the duel or are you gonna go back to your tent and eat like pig?"
"I accept." The Count roared.
Adrian grinned as he looked at the count. The vulgar language did do wonders against nobles, but it also didn’t help him much with his own image among them. Though, that was sothing he cared very little about.
They set the conditions. If Adrian won, he could to go back to his territory and the count could not call him to war for the next whole year.
"If I win," The Count grinned. "You give away the dungeon rights to ."
"I agree." Adrian said casually.
Honestly speaking, he did not see how he could lose.
