Chi Yu raised his hand and swung it straight at Wen Bo.
Wen Bo couldn’t even dodge it; he took Chi Yu’s punch directly, nearly loosening his molars.
A loud ’bang-’ was heard, and Wen Bo fell to the ground in response.
Wen Bo was stunned by the hit.
Even the other two people in the room were stunned.
Just a mont ago, they saw the two with arms around each other’s shoulders, chatting cheerfully. Who would have known they’d start fighting in a blink of an eye?
Looking again at the man who struck, his face was incredibly handso, but his eyes were bloodshot, his entire body wrapped in a terrifyingly fierce aura. The other two shrank into a corner, holding each other for fear of getting involved...
Wen Bo hadn’t yet recovered from this massive shock when Chi Yu grabbed him by the collar and landed another punch on the bridge of Wen Bo’s nose, sending a spurt of nosebleed flying, filled with anger... and terror!!
"Chi Yu, are you crazy? How dare you hit in the detention center, you..."
’Bang-’
Another punch followed by another slamd into Wen Bo’s face.
Chi Yu’s eyes were completely red at this mont, practically devoid of reason. He was nacing, in this terrifying state, like a bloodthirsty demon from Hell, charging with eyes reddened from slaughter.
Wen Bo couldn’t even make a coherent call for help.
A rattling laugh ca from Chi Yu, chilling to the bone. It made Wen Bo so tense that he was utterly on edge; it was the first ti he’d seen Chi Yu so deranged, soone who was usually so gentle.
When he t Chi Yu’s blood-red eyes, he even felt that if Chi Yu were given a knife now, he would really stab him!!
"Chi, Chi Yu..." Wen Bo struggled to speak, "Stop, can’t we just talk this out... what’s there... to discuss?"
Wen Bo dared not provoke Chi Yu further, truly fearing he might end up dead here today.
"How dare you hit my Yuanyuan, who allowed you to make a move? I’m going to kill you."
With that said, another heavy punch landed.
After an uncertain number of punches, Chi Yu tightly grasped Wen Bo’s collar, looking at the bruised and swollen Wen Bo, the words squeezing out through clenched teeth: "Do you know why every ti you leave from Yuanyuan, I try to please you?"
Wen Bo couldn’t utter a word.
"I thought, maybe if you were happy, you wouldn’t speak ill of Yuanyuan in front of her mom. Maybe... you might even say sothing nice, make Yuanyuan’s mom care about her a bit more? Hmm?" Chi Yu’s temples throbbed with veins, and the hands gripping Wen Bo’s collar were covered in blood, indistinguishable whether it was his or Wen Bo’s.
Chi Yu knew best that his Yuanyuan had just built a wall of self-protection for herself. No girl is born not needing motherly love. But that woman never gave Yuanyuan an ounce of maternal affection.
Yuanyuan always pretended to be strong, acting like she didn’t care about her mom. Only when no one was watching did Chi Yu see that after a fight with her mom, Yuanyuan would be upset for a long, long ti...
The police rushed in and, seeing the situation, tried to separate the two.
After a great deal of effort, they finally managed to separate them, and another police officer went to check on Wen Bo’s injuries.
Seeing Wen Bo’s swollen face and mouth and nose covered with blood, the officer shouted loudly: "Quick! Get him to the hospital imdiately, his condition is bad."
It was really bad, almost as if half his life was gone.
Chi Yu, with blood all over his hands, sat on the ground laughing, his smile twisted and terrifying: "...Look, how trustworthy I am, I said I’d get you out soon, and I did it hahaha... Take good care of yourself in the hospital, don’t even think about getting out in less than ten days or half a month..."
