Shortly after, Gu Yuan ca out of the master bedroom’s bathroom, with thoughts of the black torn stockings thrown in the trash can occupying her mind.
Gu Yuan took a deep breath, trying to steady herself.
But when her eyes caught sight of the black lingerie on the bed, Gu Yuan’s breath lightened, each step felt as though her feet were weighted with lead. She didn’t need to pick it up to know it wasn’t hers.
It belonged to another woman.
When Gu Yuan erged from the master bedroom, she surprisingly wore a smile. She gently told Chi Yu, "Rest early, I won’t disturb you."
But after a few steps, she couldn’t move any further.
Because Chi Yu rose and embraced her from behind, burying his face in the crook of her neck: "Yuanyuan, I’ve missed you so much."
Gu Yuan’s smile vanished, her face beca expressionless as she pried his hands away, turned around and asked him, "How much do you miss ?"
Chi Yu expressed himself with action, lowering his head to kiss her.
