"You sound like you're ordering around."

Jiang Xinghai, his back still to her, shrugged. "Miss Su, you don't actually think I'm so male masseur here for a job, do you?"

"And what if I do? Is there sothing wrong with being a male masseur here?"

A cunning glint appeared in Su Yanyun's eyes. "Think about it. As a male masseur, all your clients would be won. Aren't you secretly thrilled?"

"You've got it all wrong, Miss Su," Jiang Xinghai said, spreading his hands helplessly. "My actual feeling right now is a fire in my gut that's getting pretty uncomfortable. Forget being secretly thrilled—I can't even manage a smile if I wanted to."

"How about I help you with that?"

Su Yanyun suddenly sat up on the massage table. She slid off and wrapped her arms around Jiang Xinghai from behind.

Half her intention was to test Jiang Xinghai. The other half... was that she genuinely felt the stirring of desire, and it was becoming truly unbearable.

She was sure that with her beauty, Jiang Xinghai would never refuse.

However, Jiang Xinghai's response stunned her.

"Miss Su, please, show so self-respect."

With a grave expression, Jiang Xinghai decisively shook his head and pried Su Yanyun's hands from his waist.

"? You're telling ** to have so self-respect?"

When she heard that, Su Yanyun felt like killing him.

'He's rejecting a beautiful woman who's throwing herself at him?'

'And he says it with that solemn, holier-than-thou tone, telling ** to have so self-respect?'

'Is this Jiang Xinghai a blockhead?'

'In this day and age, does a man who isn't tempted by won actually exist?'

She didn't believe it!

All she knew was that Jiang Xinghai was utterly devoid of charm!

"The massage is more or less done. Let's talk business."

Just then, Jiang Xinghai calmly walked over to the sofa and sat down.

Su Yanyun stared blankly at Jiang Xinghai, making no move to get dressed.

'I refuse to accept this!'

"Fine! Let's talk business!"

With light steps, Su Yanyun walked over to Jiang Xinghai, bent her knees, and sat right on his lap. "Go on, then. What business did you want to discuss?"

"The truth about the Yu Family fire." Jiang Xinghai decided to drop the pretense and stated his purpose outright.

"The truth about the Yu Family fire?"

Su Yanyun froze.

A mont later, she lifted her firm, rounded bottom from his lap. She grabbed a nearby bath towel, wrapped it around herself, and sat on the massage table.

They were no more than three ters apart, their eyes locked.

"That's right. The Yu Family fire happened three years ago, yet to this day, no conclusion has been reached. And you, Miss Su, are the sole survivor." Jiang Xinghai lit a cigarette, his eyes never leaving hers.

"Give one."

Su Yanyun beckoned.

Jiang Xinghai stood, walked over, and offered her a cigarette before lighting it for her. "I hope you can clear up my confusion, Miss Su. I would be imnsely grateful."

"Why should I answer you?"

Su Yanyun said calmly, "You'll have to at least give a reason to tell you. And what's in it for after I do?"

"The reason is..."

Jiang Xinghai hesitated for a mont before giving a mysterious smile. "My apologies, but it's better if you don't know the reason. I'm worried it could get you killed."

"Are you saying you're worried about my safety?" Su Yanyun blew a smoke ring in Jiang Xinghai's direction.

"You could put it that way," Jiang Xinghai admitted.

"Well, in that case, I'm flattered. Having Dr. Jiang worry about ... it's a small happiness, really." Su Yanyun took a deep drag from her cigarette.

"As for what's in it for you, Miss Su?"

Jiang Xinghai was now fairly certain that Su Yanyun could indeed solve his puzzle. He stated decisively, "To be frank, I am well-versed in dicine and more than passable in the Martial Arts. The benefits I can offer you are significant. It just depends on what you need, Miss Su."

"A master of both dicine and martial arts?"

Su Yanyun began to study Jiang Xinghai with new gravity. "If that's the case, your value is quite high indeed. Let think... In the future, if I ever need anything, I'll count that as my 'benefit' for this. Is that a problem?"

"Of course not." A smile spread across Jiang Xinghai's face.

This only made him more certain that Su Yanyun knew a great deal.

"If you want to know the truth about the Yu Family fire, you'll have to agree to one small condition."

Su Yanyun blew another smoke ring in his direction.

"Miss Su, you aren't thinking of testing my 'firepower,' are you?"

Jiang Xinghai could easily see what she was thinking. He took a drag from his cigarette and blew out a stream of smoke shaped like a rod, which instantly pierced through her smoke ring.
