When Corvessa heard the rmaid disciples call out to her, she knew she could not leave without saying a few words to satisfy their curiosity. However, she was also reluctant to promote Vaan’s business due to her own selfish desire.
Even so, she also knew that even if she said nothing, the result would still be the sa. The others would discover the benefits once they experienced Vaan’s service for themselves.
As such, if she didn’t explain the truth to the curious crowd, not only would she not change anything, but she would also incur their hatred. Even if she wasn’t concerned about the ordinary disciple, she definitely had to care about the other mbers of the Luminous Veil in the crowd.
"What do you need?" Corvessa turned back and helplessly asked.
"What happened inside the tent? How was the service? Was it really just a massage?" The rmaids imdiately fired their questions one after the other, full of curiosity and excitent.
Even if they were deaf, they couldn’t also be blind, right? How could anyone not notice such a stir in the movents of pure mana?
Among the crowd, the other Peak Divine Knights had also taken notice of Da Corvessa’s cultivation base; it was more fortified than before. While such progress didn’t seem like much, it was an incredible achievent when the short tispan was taken into account.
Ignoring everything else, just Corvessa’s flawless body alone would attract everyone’s interest. Her unblemished body seed to be free of impurity and appeared quite holy. It seed as though her body had been blessed by the ocean.
Even if it was only a temporary status, she still enjoyed unparalleled talent. Cultivation would beco smooth, and vague laws would seem easier to comprehend.
If everyone could have an unblemished body after receiving Vaan’s service, they might even be willing to kill to secure a session.
"Yes, it was strictly just a massage. However, it was also no ordinary massage as you have all observed and guessed. My body is living proof of the effect. The experience was simply magical and otherworldly..."
After Corvessa answered several main questions and finally escaped the scene, several rmaids at the front were disheartened upon finding out soone else had already jumped the queue.
While they were distracted by Corvessa’s presence, soone else had already entered the tent. Of course, the person didn’t enter the tent until they received permission.
Vaan had actually exited the tent while everyone’s attention was on Corvessa and took in the person. At the sa ti, a new sign was put up, showing the tent was occupied for one hour.
"Dammit, soone jumped the queue! I’m supposed to be next!"
"That’s hard to say. We ca here at the sa ti. For your information, I could also say I’m supposed to be next."
"You...!"
Without a queue system set up for Vaan’s business, it didn’t take long before the rmaid crowd began to cause a commotion, fighting over their turn in the queue.
"Ahhh~!"
Amidst the chaotic argunts, a lodious moan sounded from the small tent, followed by subtle changes in the environnt as pure mana hidden in the seawater was drawn toward it.
The arguing rmaids entered a brief period of silence before they resud their disputes with renewed fervor and intensity. Their conflicts quickly escalated, interfering with the marketplace’s order and operations.
mbers of the Luminous Veil would not just sit back and watch their territory descend into chaos.
"Who dares to cause trouble in the rmaid’s Grotto?!" the authoritative voice of Divine Lord Eryndor sounded, causing the seawater to reverberate and an invisible pressure to weigh down on the rmaid crowd.
Many rmaids found it difficult to raise their heads as their bodies sank to the ground. They were quickly startled by the oppressive pressure, finding it more overbearing than usual.
Divine Lord Eryndor seed to be in a bad mood.
"L-Lord Eryndor! We just want to queue for Lord Vaan’s service, but so people are trying to cut in front of the line, even though we were here first!"
"Nonsense! We ca here before you! Of course, we have to be in front!"
Just as the rmaids tried to explain their situation, the crowd quickly erupted into another chaotic ss as each person attempted to tell their side of the story.
Divine Lord Eryndor’s expression turned gloomy at the situation, but he also understood that such a situation would continue to erge unless a queue system were implented. Since Vaan did not set one up for his business, it was up to Luminous Veil to do it for him.
Otherwise, rmaid’s Grotto would not have its peace and order.
"Enough!" Divine Lord Eryndor bellowed with anger before issuing his orders, "No one is allowed to cause trouble in rmaid’s Grotto! Luminous Veil will set up a queue system here, and everyone can register their queue number!"
"If I see anyone else disrupt the order of the marketplace, they should be prepared to face Luminous Veil’s wrath!" Divine Lord Eryndor added his warning before delegating the task to his subordinates.
Setting up a queue system was simple. There were many readily available queue systems online. They just had to download one and modify it to suit Vaan’s business model.
Even so, Divine Lord Eryndor was still displeased that Luminous Veil actually had to do it for Vaan, the current source of trouble in the marketplace. He wondered if it was a mistake not to kick him out of their territory.
In that instance, Vaan was like a hot potato. Luminous Veil didn’t want to keep him, but it couldn’t bear to pass him to the territories in the black market district.
"You... do a good job here, and you’ll be rewarded," Divine Lord Eryndor uncertainly said to his subordinate, vaguely feeling a headache over this matter.
"Yes, Lord Eryndor!" the male subordinate obediently obeyed.
Shortly after, the male subordinate made his way through the crowd while tapping a bunch of keys on a magical tablet before beckoning to the crowd for attention.
"The queue for the Heavenly Massage will start here. Co and get your number in an orderly fashion. Troublemakers will be blacklisted from rmaid’s Grotto."
Many rmaids in front of Vaan’s tent imdiately begrudged the male subordinate for not being among the first to get their numbers. Unfortunately, they didn’t dare to raise their complaints due to Luminous Veil’s authority.
