However, magic was the manifestation of one’s will.

Thus, if the Fire User truly believed fire could only burn, then it would never be capable of any other feat. The infinite potential of fire magic would be limited by the Fire User’s lack of imagination and thinking.

After all, if it was truly "nothing," then how could it possess such terrific power of annihilation, capable of erasing all things?

If it was truly "nothing," then how could it possess any effect at all?

How could she draw upon any power if the numerical value of nothingness was truly zero?

The Nihility Law was a contradictory law Empyrean Oceanheart finally understood this. To prehend it, she had to understand that its numerical value of nothingness was simultaneously zero and infinity.

To draw the power of infinity to reduce a target to zero.

Unknowingly, the cycle of destruction and creation no longer disappeared from Empyrean Oceanheart’s memories. It was firmly imprinted on her soul, reforming it and being the foundation for her to wield authority over nothingness.
