Third Person POV

Kaedwen.

...

...

"Hahaha!" a man said after killing a dwarf while pulling his sword from the body.

He saw an elf woman with children staring at him in horror as he grinned sinisterly.

"They say fucking elves is even better than human won... let's see if that's really true. But first, let's kill these kids." he said as raindrops fell on his face and lightning lit up the sky, along with the glow of flas from houses already burning despite the rain, though the fire was beginning to die down.

"No!" the elf scread, hugging the two children. There was nowhere for them to run. Her neighbors were dying all around, and a house was burning behind her as she crawled, trying to get away from that monster. Her husband was dead, his body lying in the mud and rain about ten ters from them.

"I'll do anything, just don't kill my children!" the elf tried to plead, but the monster in front of her wasn't going to accept that.

"No. All non-humans must die tonight, including you... after I've had my fun." he said, trying to terrify her even more, thrilled by the wicked idea of killing the children in front of their mother for pure pleasure.

But just as he took a step forward, a shadow seed to move above him, and a blade reflected the flas burning the houses. The man didn't even have ti to react before his head was cut off in one clean stroke.

The elves could only watch as the man dropped dead, the sinister grin still frozen on the severed head's face, as if he hadn't even realized he was dead, falling with no further expression.

The sa man, wearing a dark cloak with red clouds, landed on the ground, quickly kicking off and leaping over ten ters toward another house. As he ran, watching the chaos below in the village, he saw a dwarf fighting three n. The dwarf was badly wounded, barely able to fight, swinging his hamr from side to side to keep the three at bay. They seed to be enjoying themselves, waiting for him to tire so they could kill him.

They were caught off guard when one of them had his head pierced from above as soone descended from the sky, and they barely had ti to step back before the hooded man drew his sword and started slashing at the second man's neck.

"Bastard!" the last one tried to shout, just as his leg was sliced through—armor and all—as he stepped forward to attack, and a scream escaped his throat as the blade pierced him, making him fall and writhe in agony, unable to speak with his throat destroyed.

The hooded man simply jumped away, running into the rain to hunt more n from the Kingdom of Kaedwen.

The dwarf could only stare in shock and exhaustion as he watched more of the human n who were killing them now being slain as the hooded figure moved toward another victim.

It wasn't just on one side—more and more strangers with that sa cloak began sweeping through the village, killing n in the streets and inside houses as they tried to rape, kill, and loot.

The fun of those more than 100 soldiers of King Henselt turned to terror as they saw their companions being slaughtered like animals, with no chance to resist, as those assassins appeared, killing them rcilessly—the very sa cruelty they had shown to the non-humans.

Daggers and swords were used by those strangers, and the non-humans couldn't help but be stunned and even confused as they left one of the houses, even while injured, seeing the humans being massacred by those figures leaping over rooftops and advancing with superhuman speed, killing every last one who tried to flee.

Because soon they saw no one was surviving and tried to escape—but were easily caught and killed by the assassins at the village gate as well. After all, so of them were keeping watch to make sure no one got out.

The village leader, limping with his leg cut and bleeding, carefully approached those hooded people, while the dead soldiers were left scattered all over the village.

"You... who are you? Are you here to help us?" he couldn't help but ask. He couldn't see their faces, so he had no idea whether they were non-humans or humans.

"Just take care of your wounded and burn the corpses. Your village will no longer be bothered by these n."

The person said from inside the hood to the elf.

"Wait..."

The elf wanted more answers—after all, that was very vague.

But in the next mont, all twelve hooded figures wearing the sa type of clothing leapt onto the rooftops and moved into the forest with superhuman jumps.

The elf just stood there, watching as they vanished. Around him, the corpses of both companions and acquaintances, as well as monsters in human form, lay scattered across the ground, while the houses stopped burning due to the rain.

Lightning streaked across the sky and the rain kept falling on the elf's face, as many people collapsed onto the bodies of their dead relatives, breaking down in tears.

The lightning continued to light up the sky, and about four kiloters away, a camp with more than 300 n was stationed with other soldiers of Henselt.

"My lord... should we prepare the troops for tomorrow?"

A man asked inside the main tent.

"Yes, it won't take long for the group we sent to that village to return. We still need to wipe out two other non-human villages. We'll also need so prisoners, but I'll take care of that tomorrow. For now, get so rest."

The man wearing shining armor with the symbol of the black unicorn on his chest spoke to his subordinate from behind a table, where a map of the region lay with marks of where he would lead his troops under the king's orders.

"Yes, I'll take my leave."

The man said, exiting the tent.

The commander watched this and sighed. He looked at the map—the rain would delay their march a little, but he had to deliver results to the king as quickly as possible, just as he had been asked.

There were other commanders leading groups of 500 n in other regions, invading cities and villages. The tax proposal was rely a way to force all non-humans to hand over their wealth so that they wouldn't have to search for the gold, which in so cases was hidden so well they wouldn't find it.

So they were arriving in villages, claiming the tax was for a possible new war.

The money would be split among the soldiers, and now they were just waiting for the n to return after killing everyone in that village—children, n, or non-human won.

That commander would show no rcy, for he believed only humans should live in those lands, and the other species should serve them or even be exterminated to purify this land, as his ideology suggested.

He left the map and went to get so wine from a counter behind him, drinking a little to relax, before turning his attention back to the map one last ti.

However, the map was no longer on his table.

"What?!"

He dropped his glass, clearly the map had been there before he turned around. His eyes widened in confusion as he stepped out of the tent into the rain a mont later, while the guards at the entrance looked at him in surprise.

"I've been robbed!"

He exclaid through clenched teeth, as he saw groups gathering under cover from the rain, laughing and chatting—many of them hoping the elves from the first raid would be brought back so they could sleep with them.

Unaware of how angry their commander was, now looking for whoever had stolen his map on that rainy, stormy night.

Another flash of lightning lit up the sky. A single figure landed in the forest beside the camp, wearing the sa outfit as those twelve n in the other village—clearly, they were all clones.

anwhile, the real Madara was scanning the area, as only his clones had been the ones slaughtering the n back in the village.

He had just arrived in the region after leaving the capital, not in ti to stop the first attack, but still managing to preserve 70% of that village, mostly children and won. However, many adult non-human n had fallen in battle.

He looked ahead, while the camp of those n stood before him. They had no idea what had happened to their comrades and couldn't imagine what would happen to them next this night, for he would not leave a single one of them alive.

All he needed from them was the map, which would make it easier to locate the other camps orchestrated by Henselt.

In any case, with the map tucked beneath his rainproof cloak, his face was revealed as a flash of lightning lit the sky—no Sharingan, only normal dark eyes glowing with the sa dangerous intensity.

He then began forming hand signs, creating a series of jutsus, finishing with the horse seal.

"Fire Style: Great Annihilation Jutsu!"

He filled his lungs with chakra before exhaling a massive stream of flas.

The explosion erupted, burning everything in front of him, even the ground exploding and splitting, trees flying from the earth before being consud and reduced to ashes.

The Kaedwen soldiers were already a bit agitated in the main area after their commander ran out shouting that there was a thief in the camp, and the n had begun searching.

Then the explosion ca from one side, making everyone turn toward it as a bright light surged from the forest, consuming everything in its path as it advanced toward the camp.

"What?!" was the only thing they could say as the flas rushed in, burning n and tents quickly, spreading without leaving anyone alive.

Madara watched the chaos as he continued spewing fire. The sound of screams was barely heard, muffled by the flas themselves, as the entire place turned into a massive beacon in that region, a sea of fire visible for many kiloters, blazing in the stormy night.

Madara ended the final burst of flas.

Now there was only fire burning before him—no more screams, not even the sound of the rain could be heard over the heat created.

The entire camp had been destroyed in an instant, and none of them saw their deaths coming as their bodies turned to nothing but dust.

With one final glance, Madara leapt onto a tree branch before leaving that place. After that, there was nothing left for him there. As he continued moving through the forest, he saw sothing in the distance with his Sharingan and headed in that direction. He spotted an elf woman along with a teenager and a child fleeing through the woods under the rain, coming from the village that had been attacked.

He startled them as soon as he landed nearby, causing them to panic.

The teenager, being the oldest, grabbed a knife and pointed it at Madara, while the woman hugged the boy tightly, trying to protect him. They couldn't see Madara's face, and seeing soone appear out of nowhere in the middle of the woods certainly didn't feel friendly.

"If you keep going down this path, you'll run into so Nekker nests. You'll die there, devoured. I wouldn't recomnd it. Besides, I just ca from the village. It's safe now—you should go back,"

Madara said, as he began walking again, moving away.

The choice to walk into their own deaths or return was theirs. He had only warned them.

"Why should we trust you?"

The older boy with the knife asked, watching the stranger with the cloak decorated in red patterns begin to walk away.

Madara stopped and looked at the young man—

then his red eyes were revealed imdiately.

The boy was startled to see, from within the cloak, only the scarlet eyes staring back at him.

In the next mont, he was caught in a genjutsu with Madara, who showed him a glimpse of what had happened in the village and then the human camp. The boy, overwheld, collapsed to the ground, gasping.

"Son!"

The woman rushed to him, worried, thinking the stranger had done sothing to him.

anwhile, the younger boy, left behind by his mother, simply watched Madara disappear into the forest, leaping away and vanishing into the darkness.

"I don't know what that was... but he showed . The village is safe. But daddy is hurt... we should go back, mom,"

the boy said, finally.

Madara chose a cave to spend the night. He placed the bear, the owner of the place, in a genjutsu so he wouldn't have to kill it—he just wanted to sleep.

Madara had summoned a bed to spend the night protected from the rain. Starting the next day, he would begin hunting the king's soldiers throughout the region, following the map he had stolen.

anwhile, his eyes fell on his own clothing. He couldn't help but find irony in the Akatsuki cloak—the one he himself had created a year ago, and which Ciri had sewn for him after he explained what he wanted it for.

It was sowhat ironic to wear those clothes, but he would use them to try to hide his identity while doing things many would condemn him for, calling him a monster.

People would ask what had happened there in the coming days, but sensing the absence of chaos energy, they would be divided over what really took place—after all, the devastation wasn't caused by a spell, and no normal fire could destroy the place like that.

That would confuse everyone.

At the sa ti, the king already knew his true identity. It only depended on whether he wanted to live or not. Knowing what Madara was capable of, he would likely try to suppress everything that would happen in the coming days.

The king only needed to hear that he had lost a large number of the kingdom's n—n loyal to him—in the next few days.

The question is: when the nobles begin to pressure him to seek vengeance for the fallen soldiers, will Henselt keep his word and get creative to co up with an excuse?
