The Little rmaid glanced at the wound, frowning slightly.
"How did this happen?"
Su Yan originally felt a bit embarrassed and didn’t want to say.
But once swept by the rmaid’s dark green eyes,
She promptly confessed.
"That old man, when Little Red knocked him out, he accidentally fired an arrow in a shiver. Just happened to hit ."
The Little rmaid considered this as if in deep thought.
So, the old man, he still deserved to die, huh.
While thinking, Su Yan, who was sitting on the bed, pulled out a piece of candy from her pocket.
With her fingernail, she unpeeled the candy wrapper.
Revealing the soft white candy inside.
She was about to eat it.
When a certain rmaid by her side spoke up,
"Dressing your wound was so exhausting."
Su Yan’s movent to eat the candy paused, and then she looked up to see Donna’s gaze had fallen on her piece of candy.
She silently stretched out her hand, offering it to his mouth.
It was indeed a fierce and hideous lion’s face, but in Donna’s eyes, it seed that this lion was clueless, dumb, and could be easily tricked by anyone.
With that thought, he lowered his head and took the candy into his mouth.
Su Yan took another piece from her pocket.
The Little rmaid raised an eyebrow.
This silly lion sure did like candy.
It seed he could pull out candy anyti, anywhere.
It rested its chin on one hand, perched by the bathtub, lifting the tip of its beautiful light silver tail.
"Su Yan"
"Hmm?"
"I wrapped your wound just now, shouldn’t you thank ?"
"Thank..."
Su Yan started with just one word, but the Little rmaid imdiately shut her down with the next sentence,
"No need to say thanks. Hand over all the candy in your pocket, and we’ll call it even."
Su Yan tugged at her pocket, feeling the candy inside.
After a mont of silence, a raspy voice defended itself,
"I’ve saved you before, too."
Donna raised his eyebrows, huh, still clinging to those few pieces of candy?
Usually, Donna would get whatever he wanted from Su Yan.
If Donna wanted to see the snow, Su Yan would set up a bathtub at the front door to take him out to see the snow.
If he wanted to hold Su Yan’s hand to sleep, she would endure an entire night in an extrely uncomfortable position.
All these actions had Xiao Hua watching with trepidation.
Her Host was taking too much care of this Little rmaid.
It looked like if the Little rmaid said it wanted to bite the Host a couple of tis, the Host might just stretch her arm out for the bite.
Now, Donna was asking for the candy in Su Yan’s pocket and she actually refused.
Donna gestured Su Yan with a beckoning of his hand.
The dark green eyes blinked.
Su Yan leaned in, and as Donna looked at her magnified lion’s face, he suddenly sat up straight, and his pale lips landed on Su Yan’s big face.
Donna smiled with his eyes curving beautifully, looking harmless and delightful.
"You took advantage of , you need to compensate with candy."
Su Yan hesitated, then obediently and quietly took out dozens of candies from her pocket.
She laid them all before the Little rmaid without missing a single one.
Donna’s smile grew wider.
The light silver tail swung from side to side.
He reached out, pinching one piece and peeled it open.
"Want a taste?"
Su Yan nodded her head.
Then that piece of candy was calmly and effortlessly placed into his own mouth by Donna.
His gaze turned to where he had just kissed Su Yan’s cheek.
Well, it looked rather dumb.
Kissing it... felt not too bad.
If he were to take a bite... it would probably be even more delicious, right~~
At night, ti to sleep.
This ti, the Little rmaid surprisingly didn’t make any unreasonable demands.
But in the dead of night, the Little rmaid would always wake up.
And see Su Yan asleep in disarray, with her large fra pressing on her injured wrist.
Donna would then reach out and rescue that arm.
