Inside the room, Shi Shu was sitting on the sofa, holding a Strawberry Milk Candy wrapped in pink.
Qin Ru walked in, pretending as if nothing had occurred,
"Sir, the director says it’s ti to start discussing the scene."
Shi Shu nodded and rose from his seat.
"Let’s go."
He seed to be in a fairly good mood.
anwhile, Su Yan returned to Zhou Yuan’s dressing room, but Zhou Yuan was not inside.
Xiao Ying handed a cup of drink to Su Yan, smiling,
"You’ve worked hard."
Su Yan took it, saying nothing, just scanning the room.
Xiao Ying spoke up,
"Sister Zhou Yuan was called by the director, preparing for shooting, discussing the scene. We can just wait for her at the shooting location. Let’s go."
Su Yan nodded.
Xiao Ying was carrying a suitcase and a woven bag.
Both looked quite heavy, packed full.
Xiao Ying handed the lighter woven bag to Su Yan.
The two walked out together.
Just as they entered the filming set, voices inside could be heard,
"Co on, ng Xue is treating everyone to cold tea."
With that said, people began distributing drinks.
A chorus of voices resounded simultaneously,
"Thank you, Sister ng Xue."
In fact, many people didn’t even know who ng Xue was or how old she was.
But being able to generously treat everyone to drinks upon arrival,
the title "Sister" was well-deserved.

ng Xue wore a maid’s outfit, with a fake hairpiece and an inserted hairpin.

Soon, drinks were handed to Su Yan as well.
Su Yan shook her head and raised the cup in her hand,
"No need, thank you."
As she spoke, the person distributing drinks paused and glanced at Su Yan,
speaking,
"It’s free, you should just take it."
Su Yan shook her head,
"Can’t drink it."
That person glanced at Su Yan a few more tis before moving on,
"Must be new here."
With that, they continued distributing drinks to others, smiling.
Su Yan’s refusal happened to catch ng Xue’s eye.
Seeing Su Yan, ng Xue was also a bit surprised.
But then, noticing the bulging woven bag in Su Yan’s hand, it made sense.
She lifted her dress and walked over.
Smiling, she spoke,
"Su Yan, didn’t expect to et you here."
Su Yan nodded,
"Mm."
She wasn’t familiar with ng Xue.
A classmate whom she had exchanged less than five sentences with in three years.
ng Xue’s gaze once again swept over the items in Su Yan’s hands, smiling as she spoke,
"Are you here to deliver sothing for soone?"
Su Yan shook her head,
"I’m Sister Zhou Yuan’s assistant."
Upon hearing she was Zhou Yuan’s assistant, a flash of surprise showed in ng Xue’s eyes.
But she quickly nodded,
"Sister Zhou Yuan’s assistant, must be a tough job. Keep up the good work."
Speaking, ng Xue picked up a bottle of cold tea, reached out, and placed it into the woven bag.
Smiling, she said,
"It’s hot, better drink more cold tea, heatstroke is not good."
Su Yan glanced at the cold tea.
She actually didn’t want to drink it.
But after ng Xue placed it in the woven bag, she walked away.
Nearby, Xiao Ying approached, smiling as she spoke,
"What are you standing here for? Not tired? That’s where Sister Zhou Yuan rests, just put the stuff over there."
Su Yan nodded.
