Jiang Xue covered her face, her pupils dilated, and rage spilled out.
"Xia Xiaonuan, you bitch! How dare you hit !" Jiang Xue scread uncontrollably as she lunged towards Xia Xiaonuan.
But she was grabbed roughly by Liang Shaochen.
"I never hit won, but if you want to be the exception today, I can oblige!" Liang Shaochen’s forehead veins bulged as he spoke viciously.
Jiang Xue’s arm ached from his grip, and she looked at Liang Shaochen’s extre anger, then glared at Xia Xiaonuan and Nangong Zhongli.
She gritted her teeth in hatred.
"Fine, I’ll go. Don’t regret this!" Jiang Xue said, shaking off Liang Shaochen, biting her lip, and slinking away.
As Xia Xiaonuan watched her leave, suddenly, a wave of dizziness hit her.
Her whole body fell backward, and Liang Shaochen quickly stepped forward to catch her.
"Xiaonuan, are you alright!?"
"Xiaonuan, what’s wrong?" Nangong Zhongli called out worriedly.
Xia Xiaonuan reached out, holding her forehead.
The lingering scent of Jiang Xue’s perfu in the air made her nauseous.
She shook her head, supported by Nangong Zhongli as she sat down in a chair.
Just then, her phone suddenly rang.
Xia Xiaonuan snapped back to reality and picked up her phone.
Looking at the number on the screen, she was montarily stunned.
"Hello..."
"Xiaonuan, it’s ." From the other end of the line ca the voice of Situ Yan.
"What’s the matter?" Xia Xiaonuan asked weakly.
