The butler and servants nearby were all staring in shock.
A dish and its sauce had spilled over Situ Yan’s head, filling the air with a rich aroma of the sauce.
Situ Yan finally pushed Xia Xiaonuan away, closed his eyes as the sauce stread down his head. It dripped onto his face and eyelashes.
Then down to his lips.
Situ Yan stuck out his tongue and licked the sauce.
The maid and butler rushed over, scrambling to wipe his face and hair with handkerchiefs.
"Sweetheart, your way of feeding people is truly unique..." Situ Yan took the handkerchief, wiped his eyes, and barely opened them.
But the sauce stung his eyes, and he squinted one eye at the dumbfounded Xia Xiaonuan beside him.
Seeing his appearance, Xia Xiaonuan couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
"Hahaha..." Xia Xiaonuan stepped back; the sauce had splashed onto her too, but only a little.
Looking at Situ Yan’s embarrassing state, she was almost laughing hysterically.
"Miss Xia, please stop laughing!" The butler was appalled; when had Yandi ever suffered such humiliation? And this young lady was still laughing.
How infuriating!
"Indeed, Miss Xia, how... how could you do this to Yandi!" The servants, feeling sorry, ca with towels and basins to help Situ Yan wipe his face, quietly complaining.
"Shut up."
Suddenly, Situ Yan spoke coldly.
The servant was startled and quickly said, "Yandi..."
"She did very well, I quite like this special way of feeding~" Situ Yan smiled, looking at Xia Xiaonuan.
Xia Xiaonuan’s expression froze.
"No need to wipe anymore."
Situ Yan pushed away the servants and walked in front of Xia Xiaonuan.
"Co with ." With that, Situ Yan grabbed Xia Xiaonuan and headed outside.
The servants hurried to follow, but Situ Yan’s glance stopped them in their tracks.
Situ Yan’s hand was still sticky with sauce, and his large, sticky hand firmly gripped hers.
"Where are you taking ?" Xia Xiaonuan asked, eyes wide open.
Situ Yan replied, "You’ve got in such a state, where do you think we’re going?"
Xia Xiaonuan: "..."
Upon reaching the elevator, guards imdiately stepped forward to open the elevator door.
Exiting the elevator, Situ Yan directly led her towards the bathroom.
Xia Xiaonuan was unfamiliar with everything here, surrounded by guards at every corner, Situ Yan’s tall figure leading ahead, she could only follow.
Once inside a room, she realized he had brought her to the bathroom.
Not far away was a large pool, Situ Yan then let go of her and said, "Help take off my shirt."
Xia Xiaonuan glanced at him; there was a complex light in his eyes, one she couldn’t decipher.
Yet she did not intend to comply.
"Situ Yan, wasn’t the earlier lesson enough? Do you want to crack your head open?" she said coldly.
"What? You think in my current state, I can bathe myself?"
"I’ll call soone to help you!"
Xia Xiaonuan pulled the bathroom door open, ready to leave.
Only to see two black-clad bodyguards stationed at the door.
Blocking her way.
"Without Yandi’s order, you cannot leave!"
Grinding her teeth, Xia Xiaonuan turned and glared at Situ Yan, "Situ Yan! Do you find this amusing?"
But Situ Yan was already unbuttoning his own shirt with one hand, trying to take it off.
Yet as his left arm moved, his expression shifted, his brow furrowing, as he prepared to undress.
