Linlan did not answer him directly. Instead, she said, "I owe you my life."
Her words confused Luo Ziling for a mont. "What do you an?"
He got no response apart from a sideways glance.

Linlan, focused on eating and quickly finished her own al. Luo Ziling had no choice but to stop asking questions and quickly finish his al.
Linlan had brought over a lot of food. It was fortunate that he had a big appetite, for he swept all of it into his stomach. When he finished, Linlan cleaned up the dishes.
"Let's go. I'll send you back," she called once she was done.
"Actually, you should rest properly." Luo Ziling suggested to her. "Why don't you get soone else to send back? Those two guys who fought with can do it, too. They'll probably give so face, right?"
Linlan ignored him as she continued to walk forward.
Luo Ziling was imdiately defeated.
After the both of them entered the Humr she'd used to bring him here, she stepped on the accelerator and started the car just as Luo Ziling fastened his seatbelt.
Linlan was a beautiful girl, but from the way she drove, Luo ziling could conclude that she was a woman with a violent temper on par with that of a drunk man. He felt that if he were to be this woman's husband, it would be a fate worse than death. In comparison, Ouyang Feifei's ruthlessness was more acceptable, mainly because he didn't have to worry about any violent tendencies when he interacted with her.
"Who would be able to subdue a woman like Linlan?" he wondered.
Along the way, the two of them did not communicate much, even though Luo ZIling really wanted to. However, Linlan's face was stiff and didn't look to be interested in talking, so he kept quiet.
When they were about to reach the university campus, Linlan suddenly asked, "Can you help to treat one of my comrades?"
"Your comrade? Are they a man or woman?"
"A woman!"
"Female? What kind of injury?" Luo Ziling had already been to this mysterious place where Linlan resided, but other than a few nurses, he did not see any other won, so he could not help but be a little curious.

When he was wiping his hair with a towel, he checked his phone and realized that Ouyang Huihui was the one who'd called him and left him multiple ssages.
She'd been the one who more or less forced him to add her as a friend on social dia. He originally didn't want to add this woman, especially since he wanted nothing more than to never see her more than necessary.
"Luo Ziling, why aren't you picking up my calls?"
"I need to ask you sothing!"
"Are you there? My grandfather invited you over for dinner tonight!"
"Are you deliberately ignoring ?"
The last ssage was followed by several angry emojis.
Luo Ziling hesitated for a bit before finally picking up his phone and dialed her number.
The phone rang for a while, and Ouyang Huihui picked it up. Before she could say anything, Luo Ziling imdiately explained, "I was taking a shower just now."
Ouyang Huihui, who was about to lose her temper, was in a better mood after hearing his explanation, but she still said fiercely, "Then where are you?"
"In the dormitory, of course. I'm not wearing any clothes now. If you don't believe , co and see for yourself!"
