“How could this happen?” Luo Yuqing, though shocked, believed what Luo Ziling said, “Could it be because I’ve officially beco part of the Luo Family as their daughter, and they want to kill for it?”

Luo Ziling didn’t reply via text; instead, he called her directly.

“That’s not the reason—or at least not the main one. The fact that you might be my sister has been rumored for a while, so this isn’t really a new revelation. The primary reason is that so people want to create chaos—they aim to stir up trouble and throw everything into disarray.
