Luo Yuqing’s words left Luo Ziling and Yang Qingyin feeling a bit awkward.
On the plane, neither of them talked much.
A little after the plane took off, Yang Qingyin fell asleep.
Luo Yuqing and Ouyang Feifei also slept; the three won hadn’t slept well last night, so they didn’t look great today.
In fact, that’s the main reason they didn’t want to take pictures with Luo Ziling.

But after posting, he realized he had made a typo with the last character, replacing “clear” with “emotions,” but was too lazy to correct it, only fixing it in a comnt below: “Neither wind nor rain, nor clear.”
As the plane landed, Luo Ziling received a call from Ling Ruonan asking him to co ho for dinner that night, and to invite Yang Qingyin, Luo Yuqing, and Ouyang Feifei. Luo Ziling relayed this to the three won, and Luo Yuqing imdiately cheered and agreed, while Ouyang Feifei didn’t refuse. Yang Qingyin hesitated a bit, but ultimately agreed and then called her mom to explain the situation.
Chen Qiaoyu didn’t stop Yang Qingyin from going to Ling Ruonan’s for dinner, just advised her not to tell Yang Yunlin about it.
As they left the airport, Luo Yuqing, sitting beside Luo Ziling, held up her phone pointing at the post he made on the plane, and teasingly asked, “Coming back, there’s neither wind nor emotions, what do you an? Dumping both of them and finding new pretty girls?”
“It was just a typo, wasn’t the correction below?” Luo Ziling replied, a bit annoyed.
“I think the mistaken line is what’s truly in your heart,” Luo Yuqing whispered in Luo Ziling’s ear, “Are you planning to ditch both of them and find new girls? I know you’ve been involved with that female officer for a while. Your mom likes her too. Why don’t you marry her instead?”
“Stop ssing up others’ relationships. Are you done yet? Isn’t your na all about rain and clear skies?” Luo Ziling snapped in frustration, “Say nonsense again, and I’m not bringing you for dinner.”
“It’s not you inviting , it’s your mom inviting .” Luo Yuqing replied arrogantly, “So, you don’t have the authority to decide not to take . And stop dragging into your love polygon.”
“Don’t make a mountain out of a molehill.”
“This is just , what can you do about it? You wouldn’t dare hit !”
Luo Ziling glared at Luo Yuqing but eventually gave up on dealing with this troubleso sister and ignored her.
After leaving the airport, they first went to the school, registered, and then headed to Ling Ruonan’s villa.
When they arrived at Ling Ruonan’s villa, she was already ho, busy preparing dinner with Wuyue.
Yang Qingyin and Luo Yuqing went to help in the kitchen, while Ouyang Feifei, who was completely clueless about housework, opted not to join in.
“What did Yuqing say to you?” Ouyang Feifei asked quietly while they were the only ones in the living room.
“She asked what I ant with the typo in my post, and I told her it was just a mistake, corrected afterward.”
“She thinks you didn’t mistake it, that it was intentional, right?”
“Won being too smart isn’t always a good thing!”
“If not becoming soone’s lover, then being a nun, am I right?”
“That’s your saying, not mine,” Luo Ziling replied innocently.
Ouyang Feifei gave him a stare but said no more.
Soon after, Ling Ruonan erged from the kitchen, having been ushered out by the other won.
Wuyue was a cooking expert, with the other two won quite competent as assistants, so she ca out to rest.
“How was it? You seed to have had a lot of fun during the Lantern Festival, right?” Ling Ruonan asked as she sat beside Ouyang Feifei, her eyes on Luo Ziling, “Judging by what you posted, you seed to have a great ti.”
“Just trying to have fun amidst the hardship,” Luo Ziling replied with a bitter smile, “Coming back, there are bound to be storms.”
“It’s not as dramatic as you make it sound,” Ling Ruonan glared at Luo Ziling, “Don’t make things seem so bleak, okay?”
“Aunt Ling, I shouldn’t have gone,” Ouyang Feifei said quietly, “But I couldn’t help wanting to.”
“It’s okay, there’s nothing wrong with visiting, having so fun together with everyone,” Ling Ruonan smiled, then turned to Luo Ziling, “Yang Yunlin called , venting his anger.”
Luo Ziling smiled awkwardly, unsure of how to respond.
He couldn’t understand why Ling Ruonan ntioned it in front of Ouyang Feifei.
Ouyang Feifei also said nothing, as it wasn’t her place to comnt.
“Once the term starts, you’ll face more challenges, be prepared,” Ling Ruonan continued without minding Luo Ziling’s silence, “I hope you mature quickly and handle your life properly. Life is all about making choices; so are right, so wrong, and it’s not always clear which is which. Regardless, you have to make choices, and through these choices, you mature.”
“Mom, are you switching to becoming a psychologist?” Luo Ziling chuckled, “Don’t make it sound so profound, it makes anxious.”
“Alright, I’ll stop. I’d love to hear about your fun tis in Chang’an later.” Ling Ruonan said while standing up, inviting Ouyang Feifei for a private chat.
Watching the two won walk into the study, Luo Ziling felt sowhat uneasy.
