Chen Ruchang is the current head of the Chen Family.

Chen Yining had just received the news, and on the way to the hospital, he passed by Chen Ruchang’s workspace and thus ca to report first.

If one said Chen Jiahai was murdered or died of other reasons, he would surely be enraged.
