Chapter 1664: Chapter 1664: Go to Hell

Lin Lan ca to find Luo Ziling mainly to inform him of the situation and to ask Luo Ziling and his people to cooperate. In other words, Luo Ziling would continue to play the tragic bait role, using a series of activities to lure out those who planned to kill or wanted to kidnap him, and then eliminate them in one fell swoop.

Lin Lan also told Luo Ziling that the Japanese side’s actions could not exclude the involvent of the Ishihara Family.

“If it’s finally proven that the Ishihara Family is involved, what do you plan to do?” After explaining the situation, Lin Lan asked Luo Ziling.

“What advice do you have for ?”

“I have no advice,” Lin Lan shook her head, “I’m not like you guys. We are just soldiers and don’t consider comrcial interests and conflicts much. So, I can’t give you any opinion. But those around you, your mother, and Ouyang Feifei will surely offer you advice.”

“I know you certainly have advice, but you don’t want to say it.”

Lin Lan gave Luo Ziling a sideways glance, then said softly, “In matters like this, you should listen to them. My opinion is insignificant.”

“I want you to say it.”

Lin Lan thought for a mont but eventually wasn’t stubborn and shared her thoughts: “If it turns out they want to kill you, then destroy them; if they’ve only participated, you could seize the opportunity to demand compensation or so other reward. If they’re not involved, you could still take the opportunity to give them a warning.”

“Doesn’t it make sense?” Luo Ziling tilted his head, looking at Lin Lan, “Then let’s do as you said.”

“What if they disagree?”

“As long as I agree, it’s fine.”

“Alright then,” Lin Lan didn’t want to talk about this issue anymore. She reminded Luo Ziling again to stay safe, to always wear a bulletproof vest, and if there’s danger or rescue is needed, to contact them through Dragon Rise’s Ergency Rescue System. They will appear imdiately once they receive a distress signal.

Luo Ziling naturally agreed.

After saying all this, Lin Lan prepared to leave.

“Huh, aren’t you sticking with ?” Luo Ziling felt very strange, “I thought you hurried over to continue following as my little sidekick. Isn’t your Korean pretty good? You could be my translator.”

“I won’t be by your side, but I’ll be around you. Let soone else handle the translation,” Lin Lan smiled, then walked to Luo Ziling, lowered her head, and whispered, “I’m leaving, otherwise Yang Qingyin will get jealous soon.”

Luo Ziling wanted very much to reach out and hug Lin Lan, but thinking that Yang Qingyin was next door, he ultimately gave up on the idea.

They both walked out of the room together.

Upon hearing the door open, Yang Qingyin and Luo Yuqing ca out of the room.

Luo Yuqing’s eyes road unscrupulously around Lin Lan and Luo Ziling, with a gossipy look on her face.

“I’m leaving,” Lin Lan said goodbye to them.

After finishing, without waiting for the two won to react, she turned around and left.

Luo Ziling hurriedly went out to see her off, but Lin Lan wouldn’t let him, so he had to give up.

“Sigh, seeing her makes feel inferior,” Luo Yuqing plopped down on the sofa, “Such a good figure, great temperant, a woman who served in the military indeed has a different charm, no wonder my silly brother can’t forget her.”

The first few words were comfortable to hear, but the last sentence made Luo Ziling get angry and embarrassed. “Luo Yuqing, what nonsense are you saying? She’s here for us to cooperate in action, and where am I silly? Find a few people smarter than I am!”

“Your agitation shows your guilty conscience,” Luo Yuqing looked at Luo Ziling with a dismissive expression, “Dare you say you’re not guilty?”

“I’m just sad about your boredom,” Luo Ziling also sat down heavily, “Besides, I’m angry that I have to be bait again.”

“What do you an again?” Luo Yuqing was a bit surprised.

“Nothing,” Luo Ziling shook his head, “Anyway, be careful during this period; try not to go out.”

“If we can’t go out, what’s the point of us coming here?” Luo Yuqing said with resentnt, “We shouldn’t have co.”

Luo Ziling ignored Luo Yuqing’s complaints and asked, “Who among you knows Korean?”

“I don’t,” Yang Qingyin shook her head.

“I specifically took Korean as an elective, initially planning to study in South Korea, per my mom’s arrangent,” Luo Yuqing still looked aggrieved, “Why?”

Luo Ziling replied with a smile, “To be my translator, the group has few translators, and so things they dare not translate, so I want to bring my own translator. In Japan, Lin Lan was my translator first.”

“Later was Ouyang Feifei?” Yang Qingyin chid in.

Luo Ziling shook his head, “No, it was Wang Qing.”

“That’s more like it,” Luo Yuqing looked dismissively.

Yang Qingyin also rolled her eyes.

“I didn’t ask them to co; they ca themselves,” Luo Ziling felt a bit wronged, “Yuqing, tonight or tomorrow’s events, you stay by my side, and if you need to translate, you help out. So I won’t get scolded by them and not even know.”

“It’s your fault for not learning a foreign language.” Luo Yuqing still looked dismissive.

“Actually, when discussing traditional dicine, it’s better to use Chinese. Everything is written in Chinese characters, discussing in Korean or Japanese doesn’t make sense.”

Hearing Luo Ziling say this, Yang Qingyin suggested, “Then propose that during exchanges with both sides, it must be in Chinese.”

“That’s a good idea,” Luo Ziling gave Yang Qingyin a thumbs up, “Why didn’t I think of it in Japan? But, in Japan, there wasn’t much exchange, mostly mutual bickering. Those who understood traditional dicine mostly could communicate in Chinese. You don’t know, the Ishihara family speaks Chinese more fluently than I do, with an authentic Capital accent. They all have Huaxia nas; that Ishihara Naka is called Li Xiaoyi, sa na as a famous general in the Tang Dynasty.”

Yang Qingyin looked seriously at Luo Ziling, “Actually, this can be set as the main tone for traditional dicine exchanges. Our country’s international status is continually rising, so why use other languages when discussing such deeply ingrained traditional fields with foreign counterparts? If separated from Chinese, and the classics of Han studies, is it still Chinese dicine?”

“That’s why Goryeo people call theirs Korean dicine, and Japanese call their traditional dicine Japanese dicine. Although it’s not as nice as Chinese dicine, they try to puff themselves up.” Here, Luo Ziling looked serious, “This ti, I want to challenge them, strive for future discussions on traditional dicine in East Asian countries to only be done in Chinese. If they disagree, let them see which language was used in old books. Korean has only been used for official communication for about a hundred years; they used Chinese characters before, sothing nobody can change.”

Yang Qingyin smiled at Luo Ziling, “If you can successfully impress this viewpoint upon them, I will truly admire you.”

“You an you’re willing to et any of my demands.” Luo Ziling looked dismissively.

“Go to hell,” Yang Qingyin blushed and kicked Luo Ziling.

And Luo Yuqing looked at the two of them with aningful eyes.
