Capítulo 1965: Chapter 1965: Poisoned

Luo Ziling rushed to Yang Qingyin’s residence imdiately.

After Luo Ziling escorted her to school, Yang Qingyin took a turn around her dormitory, thought for a mont, and decided to go back to her place to take a shower before returning to school.

Her clothes needed to be changed, and most of her jackets were in the house; there were no suitable jackets in the dormitory.

The dormitory was too cramped, and there wasn’t enough space for her clothes.

Back at her place, she took a shower.

She had been out all day, and her body was covered in sweat and dirt, making it very uncomfortable without a shower.

However, while showering, sothing unexpected happened. As the hot water cascaded down, she gradually felt dizzy, and her consciousness beca increasingly blurred. Fortunately, before losing consciousness, Yang Qingyin wrapped herself in a towel and opened the bathroom door to call out for help to Ye Xiaoli.

Of course, Ye Xiaoli was shocked upon seeing this.

She knew a bit about first aid, so she imdiately carried Yang Qingyin to the room, opened all the windows for ventilation, and tried pressing so acupoints, but it didn’t help.

So, she had no choice but to call for help from Luo Ziling.

Upon receiving Ye Xiaoli’s call, Luo Ziling rushed over imdiately.

When Luo Ziling arrived at Yang Qingyin’s residence, Yang Qingyin was already unconscious.

Seeing that Yang Qingyin’s legs had turned cyanotic, spreading to her waist and abdon, with a flushed face, and rapid breathing and heartbeat, Luo Ziling was further startled.

Without hesitation, he imdiately opened the treatnt pack he had brought, took out the silver needles, and prepared to treat Yang Qingyin.

Luo Yuqing and Luo Ziling arrived together, and upon seeing Luo Ziling preparing to use acupuncture skills on Yang Qingyin, she imdiately reminded him: “Your body hasn’t fully recovered yet; can you handle treating Qingyin with acupuncture? Otherwise, let grandfather co over!”

“There’s no ti,” Luo Ziling shook his head, “I must treat Qingyin imdiately, or there will be trouble.”

Luo Yuqing sighed, stopped trying to persuade Luo Ziling, and instead left the room to call Luo Liansheng to explain the situation.

Luo Liansheng told Luo Yuqing he would co over.

This was Luo Yuqing’s first visit to Yang Qingyin’s place, and she was astonished to find that Yang Qingyin actually had such a large apartnt.

Nearing Yanjing University, where real estate is extrely pricey, owning a multi-hundred-square-ter duplex is nearly impossible for anyone but the wealthy.

However, that wasn’t the reason for Luo Yuqing’s surprise; she was shocked by the hidden love nest Luo Ziling and Yang Qingyin had created.

Moreover, she didn’t know about it.

Seemingly, no one else knew either.

Thinking about this, Luo Yuqing felt a bit sour in her heart.

She didn’t stay in the apartnt long; she needed to go downstairs to pick up Luo Liansheng.

With Ye Xiaoli by Luo Ziling’s side, nothing would go wrong.

Unless Ye Xiaoli intended to harm Luo Ziling.

But Luo Yuqing quickly dismissed that notion; if Ye Xiaoli really wanted to harm Luo Ziling, her presence would not alter the outco.

Given Ye Xiaoli’s skills, even ten people couldn’t stand up to her.

Luo Yuqing didn’t interfere beside Luo Ziling, allowing him to breathe easier.

He quickly examined her condition and then began acupuncture.

Imdiate treatnt of the injury wasn’t necessary; the urgent task was to expel the absorbed toxins circulating with the blood.

Luo Ziling’s acupuncture technique was swift; in a short ti, Yang Qingyin’s injured leg and waist and abdominal regions were all needled.

After influencing Yang Qingyin’s circulation with his own Qi, Luo Ziling started operating what is known as the Qi Operating Needle.

Streams of heat rapidly began rising from Yang Qingyin’s body.

Sweat also soon appeared on Luo Ziling’s forehead as he started the treatnt.

Ye Xiaoli stood nearby, thoughtfully wiping sweat from Luo Ziling to prevent it from dripping onto Yang Qingyin or fogging his eyes and affecting the treatnt.

After a while, sweat began appearing around Yang Qingyin, which carried a faint odor.

Luo Ziling instructed Ye Xiaoli to continuously wipe the sweat from Yang Qingyin, advising her to wear gloves to prevent skin contact.

But Ye Xiaoli didn’t have ti to wear gloves; she frequently wiped Yang Qingyin’s sweat, despite the risk of her hands contacting toxic sweat.

Luo Ziling began acupuncture at Yang Qingyin’s chest position first.

This area was close to the heart; it was crucial to expel the toxins before they significantly entered the heart and circulated throughout the body.

The treatnt soon showed results, as copious toxins were expelled with the sweat, slowly restoring normal color to the skin around Yang Qingyin’s chest and abdon.

After approximately twenty minutes of treatnt, Luo Ziling finished the acupuncture and began working on her leg.

“Can we cover her?” Ye Xiaoli whispered, pointing at Yang Qingyin’s chest.

“Cover her with cotton clothes or other absorbent items,” Luo Ziling nodded and reminded Ye Xiaoli.

Ye Xiaoli obediently took a cotton sheet and covered Yang Qingyin’s chest and abdon.

Soon, Luo Ziling completed the acupuncture on Yang Qingyin’s legs.

By now, Luo Ziling was exhausted and out of breath.

Though outwardly he appeared normal, even during battles displaying formidable combat prowess, his circulation hadn’t fully recovered.

Having exerted all his strength to treat Yang Qingyin, he could barely stand after needling the leg acupoints, feeling faint.

At this mont, Luo Yuqing’s voice ca from downstairs; she was coming up after picking Luo Liansheng.

Since Luo Ziling’s two bodyguards, Zhu Yijun and Shi Yidan, were guarding downstairs, Luo Yuqing faced no difficulties coming or going.

Upon hearing that grandfather had arrived, Luo Ziling finally released his pent-up breath; as he struggled to stand and greet his grandfather, everything went black, and he collapsed with a thud.

Before passing out, he heard a woman’s scream.
