After muttering to himself these few sentences, the elderly man, with three shiny gold stars on his shoulder, picked up the phone and, after dialing a few numbers, instructed the person on the other end: “Order the disciplinary departnt to expedite the investigation into misconduct within Dragon Rise and have Li Haiyang and Luo Xusheng cooperate with the inquiry.”
