While Yang Yunlin and Yang Yuanshan were talking, Luo Ziling was ssaging with Yang Qingyin.

“Definitely!” Luo Ziling thought for a mont, then realized sothing was wrong, “I have a test to take tomorrow morning.”
Tomorrow morning, he was supposed to et with Li Haiyang and Ouyang Feifei to present to the inspection team, but Counselor He Yongping had already inford him of a test in the morning and two in the afternoon, which he must attend.
The ssage from He Yongping was about reassuring him to take the tests fully focused, not worrying about the scores.
The words from He Yongping carried deep aning, and Luo Ziling understood them.
However, he found scheduling his ti a bit difficult.
Li Haiyang’s appointnt was at nine in the morning, while the test was to start at 8:30.
He couldn’t complete the test in just half an hour.
Even if he could, getting there would also take ti.
The navigation showed it would take about half an hour to get there.
That ans that if he took the test, he would arrive at least half an hour late compared to the agreed ti.
“What’s up?” Yang Qingyin asked in surprise, “Encountered another issue?”

“Whatever, it’s their own fault for making a fuss!” Luo Ziling suddenly made a decision, “They can wait if they want. I have a test to take, that’s a major life event, and I haven’t done anything wrong. Even cooperating with their investigation should be on my schedule.”
Yang Qingyin knew Luo Ziling was doing this intentionally, and she was still worried, so she reminded him again: “Aren’t you afraid of complicating things by being so reckless?”
“Since I dared to provoke soone of Yan Shiliang’s rank, why not play around with the investigator too? It’s no big deal!” Luo Ziling replied to Yang Qingyin with a chuckle, “That’s my decision. I’m ignoring them for now, focusing on the test first. After all, this isn’t just a minor issue but a huge event with far-reaching implications. Since it started because of , showing so attitude shouldn’t matter.”

Luo Ziling really kept his “promise” and took the final exam on ti.
When Ouyang Feifei heard about this from Luo Ziling, she was utterly shocked.
Li Haiyang, upon learning of this, wasn’t surprised, just chuckled.
He sent word to Luo Ziling, telling him to finish the exam first, and he would handle things on that end for now.
With such a response from Li Haiyang, Luo Ziling felt relieved.
The subject tested this morning was English.
Luo Ziling had no interest in English and had barely attended any English classes.
Most of the English questions were multiple-choice, and Luo Ziling hardly looked at the content, choosing between B and C for most questions. After finishing all the questions, he waited until the half-hour required to submit the paper had passed before handing it in.
Amidst the amazent of the students, Luo Ziling tossed the exam sheet and dashed out of the classroom, heading to the parking lot, where he got into the car driven by Wuyue waiting there. After he got in, Wuyue imdiately drove away from the parking lot towards the inspection team’s location.
On the way, Wuyue shared the latest updates with Luo Ziling.
“The Fang Family actually made their position clear?” Wuyue’s information greatly surprised Luo Ziling, “Aren’t both Wu Jiangshan and Yan Shiliang directly related to them?”
“Perhaps they’re dissatisfied with those two and want to replace them,” Wuyue speculated, “It seems the Fang Family played a trick on them. In this incident, these two clearly followed the Chen Family’s instructions, which might have angered Fang Xiang.”
Wuyue’s insights stemd from her team’s investigations and information gathered by Wang Zhenjun and Yang Xiaodong.

“It’s quite normal if my Great Grandfather uses this event for sothing,” Luo Ziling nodded, acknowledging Wuyue’s earlier suspicion, but asked confusedly: “What are you referring to with your latter point? Who are the people at Dragon Rise? Li Haiyang, Phoenix, or Lin Lan?”
“I’m not sure,” Wuyue shook her head, “Just that Phoenix, for soone so young, holds the position of captain at Dragon Rise, indicating she’s probably not simple.”
Luo Ziling was further surprised: “You’re suspecting she’s using our influence to remove rivals?”
