Now reading: Chapter 2477 2477: What Is Wang Zhengqiang’s Goal? from The Young Urban Doctor, a Action novel by Xian Qing.

Since he couldn't figure out Wang Zhengqiang's intentions, Luo Ziling didn't rush to make a statent.

"It seems that Northern Pharmaceuticals and Lingyun Pharmaceutical will have increased production tasks once again." Luo Ziling laughed self-deprecatingly, and then said to Wang Feiyang, "Classes have started, I have to handle teaching matters and the laboratory stuff, I don't have ti to manage things over there."

"Dad, I think that with the military collaborating with Ziling and his team, the main beneficiary would be the military. When I was helping Ziling with his work, I witnessed their capabilities. Ziling and his grandfather are top experts in traditional dicine and are pharmaceutical specialists. The other old gentlen who assist with tasks are equally impressive. Even without a laboratory, they can still develop many miraculous dications, though mass production would be challenging. Unless they are provided with enough raw materials and assured quality. After the military signed the collaboration agreent with them, so effective dications would certainly be prioritized for them, and the prices won't be high, which ans lower profit margins for Ziling and Northern Pharmaceuticals and Lingyun Pharmaceutical—essentially, undertaking thankless tasks."

Seeing Wang Feiyang speaking up for him like this, Luo Ziling was sowhat surprised. He joined the conversation, sincerely looking at Wang Zhengqiang, "Mr. Wang, what Feiyang said is indeed true. We can produce many results, but mass production poses challenges for certain dications. The military needs the dications, which we can make with good efficacy, but the volu might not be sufficient unless the country provides the raw materials and guarantees the quality. However, since the country trusts us, we won't let down this faith; we'll fulfill our commitnts in the collaboration."

At this point, he laughed again, "As for how the negotiation should go, and the final agreent, I'll stay out of it; I'm not good at such matters. Perhaps, let Ouyang Feifei handle it; she's better suited for these things."

"No problem, you can choose whoever to handle it." Wang Zhengqiang didn't object, "Once the agreent is negotiated and signed, it should be strictly executed. This might reduce your inco, but it can enhance your soft and hard strengths, and invisibly elevate the brand of your pharmaceutical companies. It's the best advertisent—military making the ad for you, certainly more effective than television broadcast."

"Then I have nothing more to say." Luo Ziling smiled and asked Wang Zhengqiang, "Wondering what Mr. Wang called here for today."

"I'd like to hear about what happened in the Northwest from your perspective."

"Alright!" Luo Ziling agreed and narrated all the events.

Having recounted it many tis already, Luo Ziling spoke smoothly, adding so adjectives to depict the dangers more vividly. After narrating, he said indignantly, "This ti the Chen Family displayed reckless disregard, aiming to wipe us all out—too ruthless."

Wang Zhengqiang knew Luo Ziling was exaggerating but didn't point it out, instead sighed, "I didn't expect things to turn out this way."

"Have things been clarified yet?" Luo Ziling asked, quickly explaining, "I asked around, and the answers were all ambiguous."

"Whether things are clear or not isn't really important, right?" Wang Zhengqiang chuckled, "What's most important is the handling outco, correct?"

"What will be the outco?" Wang Feiyang interjected.

"Chen Yining stood up to take responsibility, and during the investigation, most evidence pointed to him." Wang Zhengqiang sighed, "The main responsibility lies with Chen Yining. Now, his internal position is removed, and there's a suggestion for his administrative position to be dismissed, pending the eting for approval."

"Why doesn't he resign voluntarily?" Wang Feiyang asked curiously.

This question stunned Luo Ziling.

He hadn't considered this before.

If Chen Yining truly shouldered all the responsibility, he should voluntarily resign from all positions, admitting fault through such actions.

If he doesn't resign, but waits for post-eting formal dismissal, what does it signify?

Is he unwilling to lose everything just like that? Or is there so kind of grudge or exchange of interests with Chen Ruchang and Chen Yijing?

Or is he still waiting for a change in circumstances?

Generally, when things reach this point, it's already decided, unlikely to change.

If Chen Yining resigned voluntarily, it would be more honorable.

Making mistakes and voluntarily resigning versus passive dismissal have entirely different anings.

Wang Zhengqiang seed to not have thought it through either, so when Wang Feiyang asked, he was stunned for a mont. After contemplating, he said, "Everything follows the procedure. Moreover, this matter is too widespread, too many people are concerned, even online it's a heated debate; no individual move would alter anything. Whether Chen Yining resigns or not won't change the final outco."

"But it can make others perceive sothing!" Wang Feiyang affird, "If Chen Yining resigns voluntarily, it shows he's willing to admit guilt; not resigning voluntarily indicates resistance in his heart."

Wang Feiyang's words shook Luo Ziling.

If that's indeed the case, with Chen Yining unwillingly standing out to take the bla, or perhaps as an exchange of interests, he surely harbors resentnt, and quite sizable resentnt. It's an opportunity for Luo Ziling to consider exploiting it.

Noticing Luo Ziling in deep thought, Wang Zhengqiang glanced at him and asked, "After you returned, you visited your Great Grandfather, your grandfather, and Old Sir Yang; what did they say?"

Clearly, Wang Zhengqiang was curious about this. Luo Ziling couldn't help but smile.

Then he didn't hide much, narrating many things.

But the matters he felt shouldn't be disclosed to Wang Zhengqiang, he naturally didn't ntion.

However, the general aning was conveyed to Wang Zhengqiang.

Yang Yuanshan, Ling Mingrui, and Ling Jinhua didn't express much—almost like spectators—Luo Ziling hoped Wang Zhengqiang realized this.

He was eager to see Wang Zhengqiang's reaction after comprehending this insight.

Upon hearing it, Wang Zhengqiang was slightly surprised and soon understood the implicit aning behind their reactions.

"Looks like the Chen Family's actions haven't truly reached the inciting public outrage level." Wang Zhengqiang chuckled, "Everyone is quite rciful. Perhaps they haven't fully empathized or understood the feeling of encountering such situations."

Directly stating such things surprised Luo Ziling.

Is Wang Zhengqiang in a hurry?

What's the purpose of expressing such urgency in showing "aversion" towards the Chen Family?
