While they were enjoying their sweet mont together, Yang Qingyin’s phone rang.
“It’s my mom,” said Yang Qingyin as she scrambled away, “I need to take this call.”
Luo Ziling picked up Yang Qingyin’s phone from the bedside and saw that indeed it was Chen Qiaoyu who was calling.
Yang Qingyin had saved the na “Chen Qiaoyu” in her phone, instead of the usual ‘Mom’ or ‘Dad’.
“Mom,” Yang Qingyin answered the call.
Luo Ziling felt awkward eavesdropping, so he stood up and walked into the bathroom.
Luo Ziling didn’t know what Chen Qiaoyu said over the phone, but when he ca out of the bathroom, he noticed Yang Qingyin’s face was no longer as radiant as before.
“What’s wrong?” Luo Ziling curiously asked.
“My mom told , my dad is still planning to send abroad for studies, and wants to change my major too.” Yang Qingyin sighed, “This ti when I went ho, my dad talked about this, and we argued. I really don’t want to go abroad.”
“Then don’t go,” Luo Ziling said, taking her hand, “You’re an adult, you can make your own decisions now. I think, ultimately, your parents will respect and support your choice.”
Yang Qingyin spoke softly, “Last night, after much thought, I felt that Ouyang Feifei is more suitable for you. The Luo Family and the Ouyang Family have no grievances, and Ouyang Feifei is so outstanding. Besides, you had an engagent once…”
