In a sense, in the previously existing ga, the Round-eared Rat People, who couldn’t be actually played, were a highly popular race adored by many, greatly loved for their cuteness.
Thus, Kana ticulously selected, from among nurous Round-eared Rat People, the ones he deed most reliable.
Even though these relatively reliable Round-eared Rat People also had unreliable aspects, he was choosing the best among the worst.
He had these few Round-eared Rats form the first Rat Agent Team, and arranged for them to infiltrate the Ratman group.
During nearly two years of infiltration, the Rat Agent Team only provided information about the Ratn’s internal affairs to the Night Watchers through channels and had never been assigned to a real agent operation.

At this mont, Kana stood at the center of the battlefield, eyes directly on the Evil Rat and the Shadow.

To predict these and formulate counterasures, one must rely on the fate trajectories of other local lives, using them to infer the possible action plans of these Evil Gods, which is the only feasible way.
It’s almost impossible to directly target an Evil God with a prophecy.
Looking at the entire Star Realm, to gain such observational power, it would require a deity in the domain of fate and future to grant it.

Thus, his curiosity about Kana had reached its peak, leading him to continually target the Night Watchers through various ans.
Even if Kana’s exhibited prophetic abilities didn’t directly point to him personally but rather pertain to his interference in the world, it still stoked his curiosity.
