After all, players were not strong at that ti—only a month into the ga—how strong could they be?
Thus, subsequent instances were re replicas of the scenes at the ti, saving Abis within doesn’t alter the fact that she really doesn’t exist as an NPC in reality.
The players’ team completing the task was heavily berated.
It made the then-current players truly realize, their actions could have real consequences.
Consequences that manifest into reality and cannot be altered again.

And one player in that team was a forr friend of Kana’s.
Kana had also completed Raelia and Abis’s personal storyline.

"So the dark aura inside, is that because of the brave Abis’s sacrifice?"
Kana turned again to Raelia, bowed his head solemnly, and apologized, "I apologize for my earlier words. I insulted a warrior who was brave and self-sacrificing."
Raelia snorted, crossing her arms over her chest, but said nothing more.
Alyris stood behind Kana, staring at him: Surely you did that on purpose earlier, didn’t you?
Kana had indeed done it on purpose; he understood Raelia, and his intent was to quickly close the distance with her. And afterward, figure out how to bring Raelia and her sister into his [Night Watchers].
