The night has fallen.

An immaculate full moon hangs in the sky.

On the circle of walls surrounding the watchtower, several Dwarves are patrolling.

A waft of breeze carrying a foul odor causes the Dwarves to wrinkle their noses and sneeze harshly.

"What’s that sll?"

"What? I don’t sll anything."

"There’s a stink, a stink in the wind."

"Sniff, ugh!"

"There really is sothing, what’s that?"

Rita Enke, standing on the wall, listens to the conversations of the Dwarves nearby, but only stares straight ahead.

"What’s that?" A Dwarf looks toward where the wind is blowing, squinting his eyes as if seeing sothing.

Though it’s already night, the moonlight is bright enough for this Dwarf to clearly see the things running from behind the hill.

A group, a group of Goblins.

Like fleas, charging towards them, among this group of fleas are a few large ones.

They are covered in a dark greenish color, grasping all sorts of dilapidated weapons.

The noise of chaotic yelling is already ringing in their ears.

"Enemy attack!"

A Dwarf loudly shouted.

All the Dwarves reacted imdiately, a Dwarf in the distance quickly blew the horn.

"Wu~ "

However, they only then realized that no other comrades rushed out because everyone had gone to other watchtowers.

"Damn it! They aren’t here at all!"

"What’s going on? What’s happening!" At this ti, the door of the watchtower was slamd open, and out rushed a group of sickly Dwarves.

"Enemy attack? The enemy is here!"

This group of ailing individuals quickly dove back into the watchtower, beginning to don the armor and weapons they had previously removed.

"I’ll light the beacon!" a Dwarf shouted loudly.

If that’s the case, the distant watchtower might be able to see the signal and rush back to assist.

As he watched the Dwarf heading to light the beacon, Rita Enke suddenly approached him.

Drawing his blade from its sheath, he aid it straight at the Dwarf’s back.

"Ding!"

"Nice shot! George."

An arrow shot out from the second floor shooting hole of the tower, precisely hitting the blade.

And Kana and his companion, who at so point were on the wall, stood there.

The Dwarf about to light the beacon finally reacted.

Turning around, he looked at Rita Enke’s blade and his stance standing behind him.

"Sir, what are you..." the Dwarf appeared incredulous.

"The enemy’s breached!"

The foul stench already perated the air, the outside filled with the Goblins’ random yells.

Rita Enke, without hesitation, turned around.

"The gate! How did the gate open!"

The Goblins easily broke the gate as if it hadn’t been locked at all.

And the instant those Goblins rushed in, they surrounded Rita Enke.

They jumped and shouted beside him, extrely excited.

"Shut up, you cowardly worms!"

Rita Enke snapped impatiently at the Goblins’ noise.

As if suppressed by so higher power, all Goblins imdiately shut their mouths.

Silent, unlike Goblins.

"Traitor! You damned traitor!"

From inside the watchtower, the group of Dwarves cursed with the plague rush out, all armored and ard.

The scene before them left them with no hesitation to curse at Rita Enke.

This clearly showed them the source of all their problems.

The appearance of the Goblins already explained the origin of their plague.

"Now I rember, it was you, you brought the wine for us to have a feast in the watchtower!"

"That’s right, it was you who brought the wine."

The Dwarves cursed with the plague seed to recall sothing, suddenly realizing.

"Co, embrace eternal life with ! Feel the wonder of life!"

Rita Enke, arms wide open, shouted maniacally.

"Bullshit! Kill this traitor!" a furiously angry Dwarf roared.

Kana turned to glance at him; he seed to be Eric’s brother.

As expected, both brothers had fiery tempers.

"If that’s the case, there’s no other choice! Let them embrace life!"

The Goblins suddenly began shouting.

A flood of Goblins rushed towards the plague-cursed Dwarves.

The few Dwarves guarding the wall directly leaped down, unhesitatingly throwing themselves into the Goblin horde.

"Boom!"

Lightning descended from the sky.

Many lightning rods lit up the night sky, striking fiercely into the Goblin horde.

"Ahhhh!"

Screams of terror pierced the night swiftly.

The sudden boom of thunder had everyone looking toward the base of the tower.

Only to see Lurik standing there, raising his warhamr high, electricity sparked across his body.

Clearly, this lightning was summoned by him.

"Haha! Yata is watching over us! Charge!"

Many of the Goblins were paralyzed, while the eager-to-act Rita Enke was suddenly trapped in place, a cage of lightning appearing around him.

Seizing the mont, Kana also charged into the Goblin horde, swinging his weapon, swiftly reaping the Goblins’ lives.

An opportunity he certainly wouldn’t pass up.

"You’ve trapped , but it’s aningless, these Goblins are like a tide! You can’t hold them back! Hahaha!"

Trapped in place, Rita Enke was instead quite delighted.

Even though the Goblins charging in were swiftly paralyzed and slaughtered, more were swarming in from outside.

Because Lurik was busy imprisoning Rita Enke, the following lightning strikes weren’t as powerful as before.

Kana swung his blade, while his left arm shield transford into a sharp spike, wielded like an arm sword, crazily slashing.

The strengthening by Blood Magic, combined with his Constitution reaching 10 points, plus his new passive ability.

At this mont, Kana’s power surpassed all the Dwarves present.

With each swing, Goblins felled like wheat stalks or sent flying in all directions.

In the distance, a plague-cursed Dwarf was completely overrun by Goblins, buried under their sheer mass.

He could only let out an anguished roar.

Kana noted this, casually slicing the Goblins before him and sent his spherical puppet to assist.

The Goblins’ blood ford a circle of flying blades around the puppet, instantly throwing all the Goblins away.

So were directly cleaved into halves in midair.

"Thank you."

The Dwarf got up, brandishing his weapon, charging once more.

"Truly, full of martial virtue," Kana couldn’t help but remark.

Even this sickly lot were ruthless when it ca to slaying Goblins.

The gateway’s width limited the number of Goblins pouring in.

However, the inflow of Goblins was increasing, already overwhelming so Dwarves.

Rita Enke, trapped all this while, saw this scene and couldn’t help but laugh: "The outco is decided! Lurik, await the descent of the gods!"

Outside the walls of the entire watchtower, Goblins had already surrounded it, impenetrable, so even building human ladders trying to climb over the walls.

"Fool, it’s you who failed, listen carefully to the outside sounds," Kana said while massacring the Goblins.

"What?" Rita Enke was surprised, listening intently, outside seed filled with Goblins’ screams.
