Now reading: Chapter 79 - 69 Holy Light/Dwarf3 from The game has become a real alternate world, a Game novel by Drink cola or not?.

He trusted Lurik, and naturally, he also trusted the series of processes that Lurik spoke of. Now he felt quite regretful that he did not witness that scene.

This left him with a bit of regret even now.

"How is his drinking capacity?" the Brewer asked.

"Bang!" Lurik slamd the table fiercely.

"Is this what I’m discussing with you?" He shouted and then sat back down on his chair, "His drinking capacity doesn’t seem very good."

"Is that so? That’s rather unfortunate," the Brewer remarked without caring about Lurik’s earlier shout.

The Castle Lord of Gray Furnace Castle straightened up slightly.

"So, what do you want to say? Or perhaps, have you encountered sothing?"

As darkness approached, these ancient races, and even so ancient bloodlines, began to sense that the world was issuing a warning.

And as the darkness drew closer, the voices of warning grew louder.

The Gray Mountain Dwarves had received certain prophecies decades ago, but what good did that do?

They were just a small dwarf tribe, with not even 2,000 people. What could they do?

Being able to survive and protect themselves was already quite an achievent.

Rita Enke also knew of this prophecy, and he was very dissatisfied with the passive stance of the Gray Mountain Dwarves.

This was the point of contention between him and Lurik.

It was also likely the deeper reason he was tempted and corrupted by the Rotting Monarch.

"With Kana’s reminder, I attempted to see Rita Enke more clearly," Lurik slowly explained.

He was referring to that prophecy.

The other two fell silent.

"I saw him enveloped in green maggots. I saw his tragic and evil future.

I tried to see what those maggots were, and I saw a realm of decay, darkness, and the world’s disdain.

Perhaps... the so-called darkness is descending, and even we might encounter it. That darkness may have already descended long ago."

Hearing this, the hall fell silent once more, and again it was a question of what they could do.

The rarer and longer-lived the race, the more population beca an issue.

This was an unavoidable reality.

As long as dwarves mature gradually, their base level is at least Level Three when they co of age.

It ans that their constitution as adults naturally surpasses the extre trained human physique.

Moreover, they are innately able to feel the Power of the Mountains, and with training, they can easily use this power, possessing extraordinary abilities.

One could say, every dwarf is a natural-born warrior.

Their lifespan can reach over 500 years, and if their strength is great enough, it can be even longer.

But what about population growth?

Before the founding of the Safu Luo Kingdom, the Gray Mountain Dwarves already had nearly 2,000 people.

Now, as the Safro Kingdom teeters on the brink of extinction, the dwarves still only have nearly 2,000 people.

How many compatriots have they increased in 100 years? 36, and half of them have not yet co of age.

"Towards the end, I also took a look at Kana."

Upon hearing this, the two other dwarves perked up their ears.

Evidently, this was the focus of the council eting.

"What did you see?" the Castle Lord asked impatiently.

"A hope, a possible revival, a potential help."

"Help us?" The Brewer scratched his head; he didn’t actually feel they were in any crisis.

The Castle Lord smacked his head, making his head thud against the table.

"Fool, it’s about revival! That’s the point!"

Just then, the door to the council room was knocked, and a dwarf entered, handing a letter to the Castle Lord before leaving.

The Castle Lord opened the letter to read, while the other two quietly waited.

When he finished, the Castle Lord’s expression was noticeably troubled as he tossed the letter onto the table for the others to see.

"Take a look; our friends don’t seem to be in a good situation."

"Cohen’s people are amassing forces at the Gray Stone Fortress, building better defense facilities.

The retreat path for the Safro Kingdom has been cut off, and they might already have t with misfortune.

The commanders at the Gray Stone Fortress and so of Cohen’s people hope we can provide more equipnt."

Lurik also quickly skimd the letter’s contents and then began recollecting.

Furrowing his brows, he pondered for quite a while.

"When I first t Kana, they seed to be chopping wood to build sothing, certainly not houses.

It seed they were building ships? aning they had already considered their escape route.

Since another safe path was cut off, they certainly wouldn’t sit and wait to be captured; they would find a way through the eastern wilderness."

Thinking of this, Lurik imdiately began to prophesy.

Soon he opened his eyes, "Red light flickers around Kana; it seems dangerous."

He said, then stood up, "It seems it’s ti for us to provide assistance."

...

In Riverbend Town.

Kana sat in the courtyard, Alyris by his side.

Kana sat just like that, holding a crystal fragnt in his hand.

This fragnt of the [Stone of Creation] was exactly what he had taken from that Blood Race officer’s possession.

To be honest, he still didn’t understand why a Blood Race officer would be carrying a fragnt of the [Stone of Creation]. Judging by the packaging, they likely understood its value.

But to be carrying this while trying to capture him alive also indirectly proved that he didn’t know what it actually was.

It seems the core mbers of the royal family kept it hidden quite deeply, even if they already possessed the ability to search for the Stone of Creation within a small area.

But since he already had it, there was no reason to give it away.

He didn’t use it imdiately, simply holding it.

Because, for the mont, he was sowhat confused, unsure of how to use this fragnt.

As he said earlier, even if given a complete Stone of Creation, he had no way to summon millions of Player armies.

Many issues that must be faced wouldn’t be resolved.

What should I do?
