The anticipation of danger suddenly heightened by a level. Kana turned around and saw a Ghoul. After slaying it, a giant bat descended from the sky, clawing viciously at his back.
A wound appeared instantly on his back, and an unknown attack from sowhere knocked the giant bat down.
After slaying the fallen giant bat, Kana looked around.
"You, don’t even think about advancing another step!" A roar ca, and Kana looked over to see a pillar of Holy Light suddenly shooting into the sky.
Who is it? Who has been acknowledged by the Holy Light?
Before he could figure it out, another attacker ca at Kana.
There was no ti to think. The chaos of the battlefield, combined with Kana being a primary target.
He could only fight, fight.
As expected, another Werewolf.
All Werewolves could sll the bloodline aura within Kana, knowing he was a fleeing royal mber.
All the Werewolves and even the Blood Race Knights that knew, wished to capture Kana alive.
This was a huge accolade.
If they couldn’t provoke the Count, could they not handle this young Prince?
"No, this can’t go on." Kana sought a breakthrough.
"Co quickly!"
Cries ca from afar. The townspeople had all evacuated, leaving plenty of empty rafts on the shore awaiting their departure.
But right now, almost all the soldiers were being held back, with no real possibility of seizing the chance to break away from the fight.
Suddenly, giant bats began dropping from the sky one after another.
Fish heads of varying sizes appeared on the riverbank at so point, controlling the water, spewing out things resembling Water Arrows from their mouths.
The Fishman Prophet was among them, waving his Fishbone Staff.
The water in the river transford into Water Bullets, attacking the dense cloud of giant bats overhead, causing them to drop one by one.
Seizing the opportunity, Kana leapt out of the crowd vigorously, heading straight forward.
Charging directly toward the primary battlefield.
At this mont, Martin was fighting one against three, suppressing them so hard they could barely breathe.
Among them, Ichard bore the most wounds, with blood-red patterns entwined on the Count’s face and his exposed skin.
This was the external manifestation of mastering Blood Magic, enhancing the body.
The Holy Knight Anita, knowing she was no match in close combat, was using Holy Light to assist from the periphery.
Kana seized a mont, his body flushed red, veins bulging.
Coupled with the pain from wounds all over his body, he harnessed extre speed.
Taking advantage of an opening, he suddenly launched a surprise attack, thrusting the Silver Sword in his hand straight into Martin’s back, piercing through.
"Aaaaaah!"
The sudden piercing pain instantly provoked Martin to let out a frenzied roar.
The roar triggered a riot of Blood Magic within him, and the bloody energy wave exploded fiercely.
Blasting Kana, the Count, and Ichard all away.
"Pain, an experience long overdue!"
Martin, after screaming, looked at the hole in his chest. The hole did not imdiately heal, and even showed signs of lting around it.
"A Silver Sword? An unusual Silver Sword." Martin turned his head, his blood-red gaze fixated on Kana.
Suddenly charging forward with a swift motion, he dragged a long blood-red illusion, swinging the blood-red Giant Sword in his hand down toward Kana.
Though blasted away, Kana did not fall. Facing the enemy’s attack, he sidestepped, crossing the Dual Swords in his hand to deflect the blade’s wave.
However, the strong force transmitted from the blade still instantly suppressed Kana, causing him to lose balance and retreat a few steps to the side.
The Giant Sword turned from a chop to a slap, striking sideways, causing Kana to roll directly to the left.
Once down, it was hard to evade the subsequent attacks. Elsewhere, the Count made a grab at the air.
Blood dragged Kana, falling further away.
This made Martin’s attack miss, and Kana stood up.
Facing another incoming swing, Kana did not evade but instead stepped forward.
A large amount of Magic Power poured into the Shield, causing it to morph strangely, the slant facing the underside stress point of the blade, striking upward fiercely.
The sudden smack and transmitted tremor even sent the Giant Sword flying upward.
Fortunately, Martin’s strength was strong enough that the Giant Sword did not instantly get disard by the smack.
Nonetheless, Martin couldn’t help but grip his weapon tightly, retreating two steps to readjust his fighting stance.
This allowed Ichard and the Count to rush over.
"Impressive. Now I have to question whether those Mages have got sothing wrong."
Martin, slightly surprised by Kana’s recent move.
He understood why the Second Prince died at Kana’s hands; not dying at Kana’s hands would be strange.
Kana’s presence made Martin unable to continue toying around. He knew he had to get serious.
The people in front of him actually knew how to attack lethally.
Getting thwarted here would not be good.
"I’ve had enough playing."
Martin said, as blood-red patterns like the Count’s began to appear on his skin.
From start to finish, he had not yet begun his basic enhancents, only now revealing his true strength.
A vast amount of blood began converging on him, and the Giant Sword in his hand suddenly expanded again.
The huge bat wings behind him also showed the flow of blood-red veins.
Blood was everywhere on this battlefield, turning it into an arena for him to rampage.
Even the Count, with his grasp of Blood Magic, seed unable to overpower Martin’s strength.
The robust figure stomped, dragging a blood-red shadow as he vanished.
Already charging toward Anita, Anita reacted, gathering a lot of Holy Light around to form a shield.
But it was shattered with a single slash, and she was sent flying backward by the force.
