"-Well, they straight up told us that we were going to be hunted down for sport. I wasn’t having that. After realising their whole plan to find was by using a specific Psionic individual, I took him out, well Sapphire did and just ran away. However, I couldn’t keep that up for long as the golden banana there had up the whole night before, constantly stabbing all over, sapping of my energy the next day so I decided instead of being too tired to fight after running for close to two days, to turn the hunt inside out and ambush them. It almost worked as well, but as you know, I have been in the dical ward for the past two days as plans don’t work exactly as you want them to."
Soone must have put the word out that I was up and about as people I knew kept coming to the house. I kept on having to explain what exactly happened and why there was such a rumpus on College grounds.
Apparently the onlookers of the fight had also been blabbing about how I unleashed a ’bullet tornado’ onto everyone and people were seeing like I was so sort of war machine. I explained everything that happened and answered questions about the event
"It was ntal I tell you! The man literally ambushed us and before I could even react I was riddled with bullets! Hurt like a fucker! But the doctor said not a single shot was life threatening... Well except the blood loss, but good ol’ Delores took good care of in that regard! Hahaha!" Iilr’s voice bood out as he addressed the bald legion.
Skaja told the truth, no one held a grudge. The people from the hunt, those that were up and about, had also made their way over to the house. All had brought so form of alcohol, and in quite extraordinary amounts. As each one arrived, they parted through the crowd, congratulated and then went on to discuss how their asses were handed to them. All of them also admitted that they were very glad that I was going to fight alongside them one day and I honestly felt the sa. They all had a great ntality about the ordeal. I respected them deeply for it.
As the day drew late, more people I didn’t know started turning up and the small gathering of friends spiralled into a massive party. I wasn’t planning on having a party, but hey I was in college. Why not?
I was currently dancing with Lena, and true to her nature, her dancing was more just thrashing her body around randomly, but it kind of worked for her. As I was doing my own assortnt of basic moves, I felt a tap on my shoulder.
Turning around, I looked down and saw pink hair. I instantly smiled and said. "Tamara. Hey. Nice to see you. Have you been here long?"
The woman shook her head. "No, and I don’t plan on staying either. I don’t do well with parties. Too many people. I’m likely to snap if so pervert touches . I just ca to say I am glad you are better and sorry that I let us down by falling for that fuckers goading."
I patted Tamara on the shoulder. "Don’t worry about it. Really, you were protecting your boyfriend’s honour, that’s comndable. I wasn’t all that fussed about ’winning’ I just didn’t want to get hunted down on their terms. It was a matter of ego. We kicked their asses and took them down a peg. That’s enough for ."
Tamara then seemingly had a brain malfunction as she just stared up at . I could not read her face at all before she seed to jumpstart her brain again and looked around. "Hmm, perhaps I can stay for a couple of drinks. My, hehe, boyfriend. Has a rule about bothering him and Francesca after six. Ergencies only. Just if I end up squeezing soone’s lights out because they copped a feel, don’t bla ."
"Oh, that’s great! I am glad to have you. As for your concern, I don’t think that will happen, but if you want to play it safe, I made my training room girls only. I think so Sepiida are in there right now, not so subtly doing nose candy."
Tamara nodded her head at after I said that and quite swiftly made her way towards said room. I am not sure which part convinced her to go there, but I wasn’t one to judge if it was the latter part.
As I turned back around to Lena, I suddenly realised she had vanished. I found her a few monts later, her dancing had migrated to the other side of the room. I decided to just let her do her thing, she was clearly in a flow state and it would be rude to interrupt.
Looking around for who to spend company with next, soone chose for as I felt a rush of pure appeasent wash over . "Gabrielle. Another hug? You must really like at this point huh?" I said with a chuckle.
The woman pulled away and looked up at . "Well you are dating my ward, that basically makes you my son. Hahaha! Apollo, you are my son! Hahaha! It’s only natural I like you so much. So another hug for my son!"
I chuckled as the woman hugged again, but for so reason, I felt a tug at my heart as she said those words. I decided to simply appease the drunk woman’s rambling so I didn’t linger on that odd sensation.
"Well if that was true, I would be in quite the predicant wouldn’t I? Such a pretty woman being my mother would complicate things." I then leant forward and whispered into the woman’s ear. "I might not be able to hold my desires back, you are very attractive after all. And if you were my mother... Well that would be quite the sordid affair huh?..."
I heard Gabrielle audibly gulp over the music as I said that. Realising my joke didn’t land quite right, I pulled back and laughed. "Haha, just kidding. Trust , I am already a mothers boy with Valerica. Having another mother already would probably send crazy. But we will see what the future holds huh?"
"Haha. Hahaha. Hahahaha! You are so funny Apollo! Hahahaha!!!" Gabrielle began laughing, staring at in a way that had so effect on while playing with her hair. Hailey then walked over drinks in hand and passed one.
"Hey you two. What are you talking about? Hey you~ Mwah!" She asked and reached up for a quick peck, which I accepted gratefully. My feelings for Hailey had blood quite rapidly so I was happy to kiss her.
I then pulled her into a side hug while explaining. "Well, Gabrielle just said that considering you are her ward and we are together that she is technically my mother now too. I told her that would be a problem as she is smoking hot and if we had that relationship, things might turn dangerous for her. Hahaha!"
Hailey shot a wide eyed glare at Gabrielle and subtly nodded her head in Apollo’s direction, indicating. ’Tell him now!’ The opportunity was perfect, the ice was broken!!!
Gabrielle looked at Hailey then at Apollo. It wasn’t right yet. The odds of rejection were still there and she couldn’t live with it if rejection occurred. She slipped up in her real drunkenness a mont ago and things got heated quickly. Deciding Hugo can go and, respectfully, fuck himself. She decided her original plan was the current best course of action and with her son’s words, she felt bold...
Reaching forward, She grabbed Apollo’s free arm and pushed herself upon it. "Joke all you want Apollo, but I am a woman in my pri and you are adorably handso. Keep joking like that and I might bite back... And I would make sure you enjoy it."
I was suddenly taken aback as the playful flirting suddenly turned very serious as the woman was giving so serious ’fuck eyes.’ She then continued.
"Don’t worry, I am like Hailey too. I don’t mind sharing. In fact, I encourage it~" She practically purred.
I suddenly felt very confused, I looked to Hailey for clarification as to whether this was a joke or If I was actually picking up vibes from Gabrielle or not. The whole Janine and Hailey thing had thrown through an ordeal and I couldn’t tell who was feeling what anymore. Plus the fact I had an entire barrel of Psionic stuff as well making just a wee bit tipsy was not helping figure this out.
"Is this a bit? Or are you being serious?" I decided to ask outright. The woman opened her mouth to answer, but the front door was suddenly banged open and a certain redhead yelled. "Apollo! I got another four! Show these fuckers how it’s done!"
Valerica was carrying a barrel of Psionic beverage on her shoulder while a group carried in the others. I then turned to Gabrielle and Hailey to ask to be excused, but the two were already gone.
"Huh? That’s strange." I thought and attempted to look around for them, but.
"Apollo!"
"On my way!"
