The world is divided into two parts: the Material World and the Spirit World.
The world that all ordinary sentient beings live in is generally the Material World.
The Material World is composed of fundantal matter, and thus is incomparably stable. The spirit of ordinary beings struggles to exert any influence on the Material World.
Therefore, most Material Worlds lack ghosts and gods, possess no supernatural powers, and certainly have no karma or retribution—because most Material Worlds are simply too solid; ntal power simply cannot affect them.
Of course, if there are stable Material Worlds, then there must also be unstable Material Worlds.
So Material Worlds have relatively light mass and frail physical structure.
In these cases, the "suppression" that the world's beings suffer is lesser, and their spiritual power is innately stronger.
This mutual reinforcent ans that such worlds are prone to producing comparatively weak, unusual powers.
Ordinarily, such a world is called a Primordial Low Magic World.
In the beginning, the Material World and Spirit World coexisted in harmony—both opposed and rged with one another.
But later… as more and more sentient beings of wisdom arose, the situation began to change gradually.
As wise beings increased, the total spiritual power of the entire world grew ever greater; and as more souls of deceased wise beings fell away, the overflow of ntal power steadily increased.
With years upon years accumulating, the force of the Spirit World grew as well, becoming ever more formidable.
As the Spirit World strengthened, those Material Worlds which had never been all that stable began to be infiltrated and altered.
Thus… in those Primordial Low Magic worlds, spiritual power beca ever more formidable; and the power systems also grew ever stronger.
Eventually… low magic beca dium magic, and "twilight" beca high magic.
Moreover… with ever more creatures wielding supernatural power in the Material World, utilizing those abilities—the spiritual power penetrated even further into the Material World.
And so, as the snowball rolled on, the balance between Spirit World and Material World began to tilt askew.
Ultimately, when the Spirit World unwittingly devoured a weak Material World, a qualitative change was wrought.
—The Boundless Heart Sea… was born.
And with the birth of the Boundless Heart Sea, the World Origin began to awaken.
The World Origin, though lacking in consciousness, nonetheless embodied the laws of the world.
The World sought its own ascension, and thus instinctively began to devour and fuse ever more worlds, spawning even more rules to catalyze all of this.
Thus, Deities and World Official Positions ca into being.
Just as was previously said, the essence of deities and world official positions is in fact the agents of the World.
Thus they are the favored children of the World; every word and deed represents the World's Will.
This leads, as their rank rises higher and their power grows stronger, to all these deities speaking with Heaven's Mandate in their mouths, forced to be ever more prudent and careful.
After all, the words and actions of an ordinary sentient being, the World Origin likely cannot perceive.
But the words and actions of an Eighth Rank Deity, the World Origin can certainly sense them.
And do not forget, the Spirit World is indeed possessed of all manner of miraculous powers.
In the Material World, to curse the world—the Material World is far too stable; even if the World Origin reacts, it cannot punish you.
But in the Spirit World, things are different—World Will is all. It may truly conjure a bolt of lightning to strike you dead.
That is why, when the bald boss spoke amiss just now and heaven and earth mutated, he was so stunned—this signified that the Boundless Heart Sea now leads the Edge Region.
This also indicates that the Material World is collapsing… and the core area is rapidly engulfing the Edge Region.
As for why Sindo asked if they should stop, it's because, once the core area fully swallows the Edge Region in a short ti, every faction's personnel in the core area may participate in the Heavenly God Trial.
The Heavenly Punishnt Alliance may rank at the bottom among the top powers, but even at the tail end, it is a peak force and has hope to compete for the Heavenly God's Positional Fra.
