Now reading: Chapter 361 271: Great Evil God Zhaohui (10,000 Words Asking from Then, Let Them Offer Their Loyalty!, a Action novel by Chang Shi.

The first piece of intelligence is about Zhao Ji.

According to the Intelligence Section's reports, Zhao Ji is the most powerful Evil God around Xinjie City. Not only has her strength reached the Fifth Order, but all her cataclysmic abilities are combat-oriented, making her extrely formidable in battle.

Therefore, the Political Departnts and Security Departnts of the dozen or so cities surrounding Xinjie City have determined their most significant and also most important task since their establishnt to be to devise ways to collect intelligence on Zhao Ji.

The Political Departnt of the Xinjie City Investigation Bureau is no exception.

Based on the investigations of these dozen cities and more than twenty departnts, it has now been basically confird that Zhao Ji's "headquarters" is located in Eastern City, and her influence spans across eight cities.

And in her vicinity, there are only three or four Fourth-Order Evil Gods, among whom is Xinjie's Larilo.

Thus, the territorial map of Dongye State might as well be divided intentionally according to the spheres of influence of the Evil Gods rather than being divided based on economic and geographic regions by the Sanctuary.

Following this piece of intelligence, Qiu Tu also couldn't help but fall into thought—Huang Shangzong, as a mber of the Supre Sanctuary Council, is also one of the upper echelons of the Sanctuary.

This ti he personally took charge and was stationed in Dongye State; could it be that he was here for Zhao Ji?

And the Sanctuary has established Planning Areas on Zhao Ji's turf over the years; could it be that they were also scheming for her domain?

After all... as long as Zhao Ji is defeated or killed, there will no longer be any powerful Evil Gods lurking near Dongye State, and the Sanctuary can establish defensive fortifications in this region of the Boundless Heart Sea.

With so ti to assimilate, it can formally be incorporated into the Sanctuary's territory.

Isn't this how all the major Sanctuaries expand little by little?

Thinking of this, Qiu Tu continued to look at the second interesting piece of intelligence.

The second interesting piece of intelligence is about Larilo.

According to the Intelligence Section's information, it seems that Larilo doesn't get along well with Zhao Ji.

Larilo once fought Zhao Ji about seven or eight years ago and was almost slapped to death by Zhao Ji.

Larilo then fought Zhao Ji again three years ago and was almost blasted away again by Zhao Ji.

Finally, a year before the establishnt of Xinjie City, she fought Zhao Ji once more. This ti the results were not so unsightly.

They exchanged blow for blow with several dozen moves. Zhao Ji tore off one of Larilo's arms, a leg, and nearly twisted off her head.

Therefore, even if there is no deep-seated enmity like a blood feud between them, there must be so deep hatred.

This is probably why Liu Xiongyuan hesitated and ntioned that these two Evil Gods didn't seem to have any personal dealings.

According to the Intelligence Section, Larilo's Cataclysm Path is "Life Reproduction."

And among her several cataclysmic abilities, there is a high probability one resembles an ability like "Extraordinary Regeneration."

Otherwise, she wouldn't keep coming back for more after repeated defeats.

As Qiu Tu perused the Intelligence Section's collection of reports, he discovered there was not a shortage of information regarding Larilo.

It not only recorded the traces Larilo left in Xinjie City over the past year but also docunted her followers who were killed by Yan Chen, Jia Shu, and the Security Departnt.

Even the overt confrontations and fights between Qiu Tu and Larilo during this period were noted in the records.

At the end of the information about Larilo, the Intelligence Section also noted why Larilo was so eager to claim Moonlight Lake.

The reason being, Moonlight Lake is able to produce a large quantity of "Tears of Moonlight," which is a rather common Cataclysmic Material known for its mild effects and soothing properties.

This is especially suitable for a "Life" path Cataclysmic Creature like Larilo to enhance her strength.

Although it's uncertain how much a whole lake of Tears of Moonlight could help Larilo, the Intelligence Section estimates that it should significantly enhance her power.

Moreover, so investigations by the Intelligence Section even suggest that Moonlight Lake might actually be related to Larilo.

It is suspected that Moonlight Lake was either spawned, catalyzed by Larilo, or that she moved the "seed" from sowhere else and "planted" it near Xinjie City.

After reading this second piece of intelligence, Qiu Tu couldn't help but stroke his chin and fall into deep thought.

He rembered that Larilo once told him that Moonlight Lake was fated to be hers, her possession.

At that ti, Qiu Tu took it as a typical act of usurpation by an Evil God and didn't take it seriously.

Now it seed there was a slight possibility?

However, Qiu Tu didn't fully trust the intelligence from the Intelligence Section.

Based on what the chief of the Intelligence Section had introduced about their sources of intelligence, Qiu Tu knew that their intelligence ca from three main sources.

The first one was their own intelligence, which consisted of the information collected by agents from the governnt departnt's intelligence branches through various forms of espionage.

This part of the intelligence primarily consisted of various market rumors, secret news from all walks of life, and various ssages from the three major organizations.

This is also the "starting point" of the Intelligence Section's information compilation.

Often, the Intelligence Section would first co across an interesting core piece of intelligence through these channels and then start to frantically collect information and spy on news revolving around this core.

The second one was summarized intelligence, which generally ca from the brother departnts of the Political Departnt.

For instance, intelligence gathered by espionage, counter-espionage departnts; as well as valuable intelligence obtained through interrogation by the Interrogation Section.

The "Intelligence Agency" is usually the source of the most intelligence. A lot of the information about Larilo and Zhao Ji ca from the Intelligence Agency, which obtained it from the Security Departnt's intelligence branches.

Lastly, the third source was the intelligence sent by the Sanctuary.

According to the rules of the Sanctuary, the reports prepared by the Political Departnt's Intelligence Section, after organization, summary, and conclusion, must be regularly reported to the Sanctuary.
