The Sanctuary first changed the positions of several Deputy Speakers in Dongye State.
Tang Feifei no longer serves as the Deputy Speaker of Dongye State, instead becoming the "Deputy Director of Catastrophe Zone Exploration Plan".
Furthermore, after the establishnt of New State, she will beco the "New State State Council Deputy Governor" and be responsible for the work related to "The military".
That is, from an honorary Deputy Speaker without real power, she officially beca a powerful official with a formidable military force at her command.
Liu Xiongyuan also no longer serves as the Deputy Speaker of Dongye State, and, like Tang Feifei, takes on the role of "Deputy Director of Catastrophe Zone Exploration Plan".
However, his scope of duties has not changed much. After the establishnt of New State, he will continue to oversee the work related to "Investigation Bureau".
The extent of the adjustnts made by the Sanctuary this ti is significant and seems to be highly targeted.
Both Tang Feifei and Liu Xiongyuan are Deputy Speakers from Qiu Tu's faction.
Although... it was they who supported Qiu Tu previously, now after Qiu Tu's rise to power, they will most likely continue to support him.
Yet... who would have thought, right after Qiu Tu was made Acting Chairman by the Sanctuary, his "left and right arms" were swiftly and thoroughly cut off.
This made the high-ranking officials of Dongye State, who already felt that there was sothing fishy about Qiu Tu's promotion, even more perplexed.
They couldn't help but speculate: Could it be... the Sanctuary actually does not trust Qiu Tu?
Is it for so reasons that they allowed Qiu Tu to beco the Speaker?
Thus, while the Sanctuary gave Qiu Tu the title, did they imdiately scatter his confidants?
Just as.... this line of thought erged, it was imdiately disproved.
Because... aside from the two Deputy Speakers, Tang Feifei and Liu Xiongyuan, who have deep ties with Qiu Tu,
Li Tingdong and Dai Yukang beca the third and fourth Deputy Speakers to be reassigned.
The Sanctuary, it seems, truly intends to make drastic changes in Dongye State.
Like Liu Xiongyuan, Li Tingdong and Dai Yukang were transferred to New State. They continued to serve as Deputy Speakers.
The only difference is that Li Tingdong was promoted half a rank, becoming a Supre Sanctuary Council Candidate.
Whereas Dai Yukang, like Liu Xiongyuan, was not promoted.
This indicates that Dai Yukang and Liu Xiongyuan are rely undergoing a normal job transfer, while Li Tingdong has officially entered the Senior Deputy Speaker ranks, opening the path for further advancent.
The Eighth Sanctuary governs seven states. New State is the eighth state. Each state has 3-7 Deputy Speakers.
However, less than five of them can actually beco Supre Council Reserve mbers, and Senior Deputy Speakers.
These are potential candidates who may enter the high ranks of the Sanctuary or assu the role of State Council Chairman, the political rising stars.
Clearly, Liu Xiongyuan and Dai Yukang are not up to standard.
Such a massive adjustnt has left the mbers of Parliant and the higher-ups of Dongye State bewildered.
They even have so trouble understanding why so many Deputy Speakers need to be adjusted just because of Qiu Tu's rise to the top.
What grand strategy exactly are the leaders of the Sanctuary playing at?
And after appointing five Speakers at one go, the Sanctuary soon issued new appointnts.
Relieving "Guo Huai" from the Position of the first commissioner of Qiming City's City Hall, appointing Guo Huai as Deputy Speaker of Dongye State Council, responsible for the "City Hall" system.
Relieving "Yan Chen" of his duties as Court President, appointing Yan Chen as Deputy Speaker of Dongye State Council, responsible for the "Investigation Bureau" system.
A new appointnt directly from the Sanctuary was made for the Sanctuary's Brigadier "Rain Butterfly (Qin Shuman)" as the new Director of the Security Bureau, with the sa authority as a Deputy Speaker.
Adding to that, the only Deputy Speaker whose role remained unchanged, "Ye Mingfeng".
The new leadership of Dongye State's State Council was thus ford:
Speaker: Qiu Tu.
Vice Chairman Level: Ye Mingfeng, Guo Huai, Yan Chen, and Rain Butterfly (Qin Shuman).
With this, all personnel matters for both Dongye and New State have been completely adjusted.
Overall, it's as if the original team of Dongye State has been divided into two groups, each managing one state.
However, to those Old Foxes familiar with the identities of all Deputy Speakers, it's a different story.....
...
Xinjie City, City Hall. Office of the first commissioner.
Jiang Zhenpeng looked at the series of docunts and bulletins his secretary had brought over, then "tsked" twice.
Seeing Jiang Zhenpeng's reaction, the secretary curiously inquired, "Commissioner, it seems like you understand the arrangents made above?"
He paused for a mont, gently flattering Jiang Zhenpeng, "I've heard... these seven or eight appointnts have left the high-ranking officials of the cities baffled, completely at a loss as to why the Sanctuary would make such arrangents."
The new secretary is Jiang Zhenpeng's staunch subordinate, also soone he intends to cultivate deliberately.
So, facing his secretary's inquiry, instead of brushing it off or scolding him, Jiang Zhenpeng waved his hand and said, "Close the door."
Hearing this, the secretary knew that Jiang Zhenpeng was about to enlighten him, so he quickly turned around, locked the office door, and then approached Jiang Zhenpeng.
Seeing the secretary co over, Jiang Zhenpeng pointed to the docunts in his hand and said, "This adjustnt must be the work of Old Rao or Elder Tang."
"In the entire Sanctuary, only the two of them can pull off such a seemingly effortless political maneuver."
Hearing such high praise from Jiang Zhenpeng, the secretary was surprised and couldn't help but ask, "Commissioner, why do you say that?"
Jiang Zhenpeng did not directly answer the secretary's question but counter-asked, "Let ask you. What's the biggest obstacle to Qiu Tu becoming the Speaker of Dongye State?"
The secretary, after a mont's hesitation, then tentatively responded, "Is it....seniority? Age?"
