After a long mont, Qi Xiaoqing stamred, asking Gao Qin, "Director Gao, do...do I... have that HIV infection?"
Gao Qin shook her head. "You are not infected. If you were, I would have told you yesterday."

Gao Qin stared sharply at Yu Zhiwei. "That’s none of your business. Don’t go prying."
"Oh." Yu Zhiwei’s spirits sank further. "Then, Director Gao, please just tell my wife’s check-up results."
Gao Qin ignored Yu Zhiwei. "Call your wife," she said directly. "I’ll speak with her."
Yu Zhiwei suddenly sat bolt upright, looking at Gao Qin.
He was a smart man; he knew what Gao Qin’s words implied.
