Jinzhou Maternity and Child Care Hospital, a very ’tragic’ hospital.
It claims to be a specialized hospital, but looking upwards, Jinzhou also has the Provincial Won and Children’s Hospital, and the well-known Maternal and Child Health Specialized Hospitals in the West Five Provinces.

And today’s children, every single one of them is a precious treasure to their families. They’re so precious that if the sun so much as shone on them, their parents would want to blow up the sun. How could they possibly deign to consider this dilapidated Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital?
So, forget about drinking soup. Even catching a whiff of flavor, which shouldn’t be difficult, was out of the question for them.
To put it bluntly, the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital couldn’t even get a few abortion cases.
During Du Heng’s first week on the job, he spent most of his ti sitting at his work desk in a daze or vigorously rubbing his face with his hands.

Lu Guangying, female, 42 years old, was the forr Pediatrics Departnt Director. Her daily concerns revolved around cooking for her high-school daughter and helping her with howork.
According to Du Heng’s observations over the past week, Ms. Lu Guangying started work at 8:30 AM, left at 10:40 AM, returned at 2:20 PM, and clocked out promptly at 5:00 PM.
While at work, she would watch gourt food videos for an hour, college entrance examination lectures for an hour, research national university rankings for an hour, international university rankings for an hour, and then spend an hour drinking water, using the restroom, and chatting. This cycle repeated daily.
"Deputy Dean Lu, I heard that your daughter is taking the college entrance examination this year?" Du Heng asked, smiling politely at the slightly impatient Deputy Dean Lu.
"Yes, she’ll be taking the exam in June. It’s killing ."
"There’s less than a month and a half left; ti is indeed running short," Du Heng agreed with a smile. "The college entrance examination is a turning point in life, so we must really support our children."

"Thank you, Dean. That’s really too much trouble for you."
Lu Guangying’s attitude improved considerably, and she beca much more enthusiastic towards Du Heng.
Du Heng chuckled. "It’s all for the children." He paused for a mont before continuing, "Actually, Deputy Dean Lu, I asked you here today because I have a few questions."
As soon as he finished speaking, Lu Guangying’s expression imdiately shifted. "Dean, I only beca Vice Dean last year. There are so things about the hospital that I’m not very familiar with."
