The Third Ring Guardian Barrier Spell is not far from the Returning to Truth Level now.

It’s worth ntioning that although five and six-ring magic corresponds to high-level mages, it doesn’t an they pose no threat to master-level mages.
A caster’s magic should not be evaluated like basic attack skills.
The Water Dragon Technique released by Udi, even if it’s just at entry level, could injure or severely damage a Level 15 Master-level Warrior (an ordinary individual with ordinary equipnt) if they chose to endure it head-on.
