"Shiji, send so kobold scouts to the location Mondo ntioned. First, confirm the position of the Wild Dwarf tribe, then investigate their strength and specific scale," Udi instructed Shiji after pondering for a mont.

After gathering the information, we can then decide whether to attack the Wild Dwarf tribe.

After all, the Wild Dwarves are not on the sa level as goblins and kobolds, who are low-level demons.

Even a moderately sized Wild Dwarf tribe has at least one kind of professional heritage within the tribe.

What is ant by professional heritage?

Simply put, it’s about learning professional knowledge, undergoing cultivation, allowing weaker creatures to gradually master powerful abilities and thus embark on the path of extraordinary, or even divine, power.

In the Material Plane of the endless Star Realm, the professional cultivation system is thriving with diverse and competing schools of thought.

Among them, the mainstream professional cultivation systems are: caster, warrior, ranger, thief, martial monk, knight, priest, barbarian, and druid.

And within these cultivation systems, because so intelligent creatures or races have special talents, one can specialize into more extraordinary professions.

Take casters for example, there are Elental Mages specializing in earth, water, wind, and fire.

There are also mages specializing in molding power, defense, prophecy, curse, transformation, enchantnt, illusion magic, and necromancy.

Additionally, there are Arcane Mages, chanical Mages, Divine Mages, Evil Mages, among others.

In other mainstream professional subdivisions, like Martial Monks, there are Blue Fist Monks and Holy Fist Monks; for thieves, there are Shadow Thieves and Magic Energy Thieves; warriors have Berserkers and Thunder Warriors; knights have Holy Knights and Dragon Knights; rangers have Forest Rangers...

However, the Tal Plane where Udi resides is only a dium-sized material plane, so many powerful, rare professions might not exist here.

If it weren’t for the partial extraordinary knowledge revealed to Udi by the Dragon’s Legacy during the Magic Awakening, he wouldn’t be able to na a few rare professions, and even if he encountered rare professional cultivators, he probably wouldn’t recognize them.

"In the Dragon’s Legacy, the professional heritage of Wild Dwarves usually comprises of Bone Blood Warriors, Shamans, and Sub-dragon Knights."

If the Wild Dwarves Mondo encountered belong to a tribe with these three occupational setups, then Udi would not have the strength to subdue them in a short ti.

In fact, he would have to actively avoid them if encountered.

Shiji nodded, accepting the task assigned by his master.

"Alright, let’s set aside the matter of Wild Dwarves for now. Your primary task is the dium-sized Goblin Camp," Udi said slowly, a cold glint passing through his eyes.

Apart from wanting to gather more followers to hunt more prey for himself, Udi also couldn’t allow any presence that could threaten him to exist so close to his Dragon Nest.

"As you command!" Shiji knelt on one knee, lowering his head, with a respectful expression.

The Giant Demon Mondo beside him reacted a mont slower, but quickly followed and half-kneeled before Udi, a muffled voice issuing from beneath the vine armor,

"Mondo will tear apart all enemies for the master!"

.....

Before the sun rose, thick fog shrouded a large area of the Dark Forest, at a glance, there was a vast expanse of white just a few ters away.

From the jungle ca the rustling sound.

A rough, brown, scaled foot with black sharp nails stepped into a small puddle, splashing water everywhere.

Looking up, the owner of the foot was a young kobold warrior wearing black-green vine armor, holding a sharp hardwood spear, with three short wooden spears wrapped in beast hide on his back as backup weapons.

Behind and around this young kobold warrior were a large number of kobold warriors advancing together.

The sound of leaves being brushed against, the splash from stepping on puddles, and the tense yet excited panting sounds.

At the rear of the kobold army, the leader of the Black Blood Tribe, Shiji, along with the two Giant Demons led by Mondo, ford the rear guard.

It had been five days since the master issued the command until now.

During these five days, the Black Blood Tribe hunted a large number of wild beasts, slaughtered the captive hares and wild goats ready for consumption, and made them into jerky as marching rations. Once everything was ready, they imdiately assembled all the able-bodied kobold warriors in the tribe to set out on the expedition.

Excluding the female kobolds responsible for reproduction, gathering wild fruits, and making improvised weapons, this ti the Black Blood Tribe dispatched a total of 196 able-bodied male kobold warriors.

And they were all equipped with vine armor, wooden spears, and slung throwing spear short spears.

This equipnt, compared to many low-level demon tribes in the jungle, could be considered quite well-equipped.

The reason the kobold warriors of the Black Blood Tribe could have this ’luxurious equipnt’ was naturally because of the efforts of the three Forest Giant Demons led by Mondo.

Apart from the wooden spears and throwing short spears, which the kobolds crafted themselves, the core vine armor was made by Mondo and the other three Forest Giant Demons using their talent ’Plant Control’ ability.

Of course, Mondo and the others could not have manufactured nearly 200 sets of vine armor from scratch in just five days, even considering the kobolds’ short stature not reaching a ter in height, making seven or eight sets of kobold vine armor consud less energy than one set for Forest Giant Demons.

Given only five short days, with just three Forest Giant Demons, even if they exhausted themselves, making 200 sets of kobold vine armor would have been impossible.

The reason for success was Shiji using his brains, instructing the Black Blood Tribe kobolds to collect vine raw materials and weave them.

There was no need to make them look good, only to sowhat resemble an armor shape, and even if they were loose and had gaps everywhere, it did not matter.

After creating 200 sets of atrocious half-finished products that couldn’t even be called vine armor, Mondo, Zaku, and Zang, the three Forest Giant Demons, would then use their talent spell-like abilities to transform and solidify them, removing excessive moisture.

Following this process, the consumption required to make a set of vine armor was significantly reduced.

Thus, they were barely able to rush out nearly 200 sets of vine armor within five days.

Witnessing this, Udi inwardly admired it.

A kobold at the bottom level in the wild, having received no education and hardly any experience, could co up with such an advanced idea of division of labor and ’modular assembly’.

Perhaps it’s not considered advanced, but in any case, Shiji’s mind is not stagnant.

Originally not very concerned about Shiji, Udi started to pay a bit more attention to him after this incident.

Drip.

Through the fog, water droplets condensed on the vine armor slowly yet determinedly dripped onto the soil, finally seeping away.

The kobold army ca to a halt, and after a mont of silence, a few kobold scouts were sent into the fog.

A mont later, the kobold scouts returned and reported the findings to their leader, Shiji.
