Indeed, this mutated talent tier can be improved, but it requires so rather demanding preconditions to be fulfilled.

During the fight with the Black Water Crab, he had experienced the terror of its Black Water.

Under Udi’s control, the black water ball quickly transford into a jet-black water arrow, then shot towards the towering giant hard black rock several hundred ters away.

The black rock, harder than steel, was pierced by the black water arrow, and after penetrating the thick black rock, the black water arrow dissipated and vanished after a second or two.
This was just a casually condensed black water arrow from Udi, not using his full strength.
