Behind these sub-dragon knights, who were like giant spears, were wild dwarf warriors clad in leather armor, wielding axes, with spare hand axes at their waists, and throwing spears strapped to their backs.
Among them were also so extrely conspicuous wild dwarves.
Their naked upper bodies were painted with various strange blood-colored totems, and the silver-white giant axes they wielded were taller than them. This wild dwarf caster wore a gray magic robe made from so precious magic plant fiber, and held in his right hand a tal magic staff embedded with a jet black gemstone the size of a fist, which subtly attracted pure dark elental power.
"Shaman, our battle is like a breaking wave, having already penetrated deep into the enemy’s tribe."
A wild dwarf scout rapidly approached the wild dwarf caster, respectfully reporting the front-line information.
"Hmm, still no sign of Vickers and the others?" Slytherin asked faintly.
"No sign of them yet," the wild dwarf scout replied.
Slytherin furrowed his brow, a trace of concern flashing in his eyes. The reason for his worry was because sub-dragon knight Vickers was his grandson.
"Vickers.... my child, Grandpa will definitely rescue you." Slytherin murmured.
The reason he was certain Vickers wasn’t dead was because Slytherin mastered a special magic that could determine whether descendants still existed in the world based on blood ties.
Unfortunately, this magic could not precisely locate the descendant’s position, only roughly sensing within a large range....
After the battle lasted a quarter of an hour, the wild dwarf scout once again reported to Slytherin,
"Shaman, the Kobold tribe has been exterminated, the remaining warriors of the Goblin tribe have surrendered."
"Aglae, let’s go over there." Slytherin nodded slightly, his expression calm.
Beneath him, the fierce beast covered in bone spikes across its four hooves and head, obeying its master’s command, leaped forward several tis, covering a hundred ters in no ti, its speed so fast that the wild dwarf scout could only see a black afterimage.

Deep in the tribe, in an open area, dozens of goblin warriors knelt on the ground, swearing allegiance.
Surrounding them, wild dwarf warriors, intimidating with bloodstained bodies, glared at them, vigilant.
Swiftly, the wild dwarf warriors opened a path, and a black fierce beast carried Slytherin to the area.
Slytherin scanned the captives, suddenly narrowing his eyes, waving his staff, and a point of black magic light landed in a goblin warrior’s body.
The goblin warrior seed bewildered, but soon began to howl and roll on the ground.
At the sa ti, beneath the exposed skin of the goblin warrior, faint black scales began to erge.
Seeing the black scales, Slytherin’s expression darkened.
Slytherin, who hadn’t been entirely certain before, now confird it. These robust goblins and kobolds were Dragon Descendants!
Followers of the Black Dragon!
"There’s only one Black Dragon I rember nearby, the Queen of Darkness, Leanna...." Slytherin muttered, his expression mixed.
The Queen of Darkness is an adult Black Dragon, and though Slytherin is a master-level caster, he has no confidence in dealing with her.
A caster’s lower limit isn’t low, and the upper limit is high. The high upper limit is reflected in that an extraordinary caster can level dragons and even challenge beings of higher levels. The not low lower limit is manifested in that ordinary casters can generally hold substantial advantages over other professionals.
Though Slytherin is considered the most talented caster in the Brown Forest Clan for hundreds of years, he is still far from being a truly extraordinary caster.
He has great confidence in defeating a human master-level ordinary professional of the sa level, but defeating an adult Black Dragon is sowhat demanding....
"Retreat, take these captives back first and then formulate a plan."
Slytherin issued the command with an unpleasant tone.
The wild dwarf army began an orderly retreat.
After the wild dwarf army vanished, high atop the canyon, Shiji, who had been hidden there, quietly rose, looking in the direction of the retreating wild dwarf army, a bloodthirsty, sinister smile on his face.
These surrendered goblin warriors were powerful level 3-4 warriors.... As for whether they would betray their master?
Shiji wasn’t too worried about them betraying their master or revealing his existence.
Deeply imrsed in Dragon Blood and frantically brainwashed by Shiji, they were hardly any different from fanatics and would follow Shiji’s instructions.
And Shiji instructed them to steadfastly claim their dragon master was the Queen of Darkness, Leanna.
Master had said, as long as it didn’t involve Black Blood Valley or affect him in any way, any ans could be employed!
Shiji’s plan was to divert the trouble to the east, focusing the wild dwarves’ attention on the Queen of Darkness.
"But I must also be wary of casters among the wild dwarf clans," Shiji murmured to himself.
Casters have many thods, including searching for soul mories and magical interrogation, among others.
However, such magic usually involves soul and mory, and those adept in these spells often belong to the necromancy, enchantnt, illusion magic, and similar schools.
A wild dwarf clan hidden in the Dark Forest for who knows how many years likely doesn’t have an extensive repertoire of magic.
